CANCELLATION POLICY: Non Holiday. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival, deposit will be refunded less 10% of the total stay. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival, the entire stay is non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented. Holiday Season. Cancellations before October 1st will be assessed 10% of the total stay. Cancellations after October 1st are non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented.
