Lovely home in a lovely area

A large family holiday with 5 teens, we enjoyed our stay in this pretty and quiet area and the pool was much appreciated by everyone.

Fantastisch

We hebben genoten van de tuin, het zwembad en de schitterende omgeving. De woning was goed schoon en dagelijks werd het zwembad en de tuin bijgehouden.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Garten und Pool, super nette Vermieter

Wir verbrachten im Juli zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit toskanischem Flair. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage gefallen, der Ausblick auf die bewaldeten Hügel, der Garten mit Grill und natürlich der Pool. Ein traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen, Geniessen und Seele baumeln lassen. Aber auch das Meer, Lucca und Pisa sind schnell und gut erreichbar so dass man viele Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Wir wurden so freudig und liebevoll empfangen und bekamen wertvolle Tipps für unsere Ausflüge. Ein rundum gelungener, entspannter Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für die herrliche Zeit bei euch in Licetro:)

idyllisch und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in der Villa Ricetro und haben mit der Familie die schöne Ferienwohnung und den Garten genossen.

A perfect holiday in a perfect spot

An amazing, beautiful and very peaceful spot. Francesca 2 is a great, spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment with some rustic and some period features. The views from the bedrooms are fantastic as are the ones over the hills from the swimming pool. The pool is set in cosy and well arranged grounds. There is an outdoor shower and a second bbq. The main bbq is in the garden. The warm hospitality and availability of the hosts, Alessandro and Francesca, really made our stay special and relaxed. At the bottom of the hill there are a couple of restaurants definitely worth the visit. Pisa, Lucca, the sea and the surrounding area are easily accessible by car. Will be recommending to all.

Perfect holidays

It was a great holiday and we enjoyed our week in Francesca 2 and 3 very much. The appartements are lovely and we found everything there was needed for a perfect vacacion with our children. As the weather was hot during our visit we used the swimming pool very much. Francesca and Alessandro are perfect and warm hosts and we hope to meet them again.

Paradise

This is one of the best places I have ever been to. It is an old farmhouse which has been meticulously renovated with attention to every detail possible. It is a true gem in the Tuscan hills not far from the beach resort Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore. It is important to have a car as the village is quite small but has two fantastic restaurants. We simply loved every moment of our holiday and would like to extend a huge thank you to the kind and hospitable hosts.

Meraviglioso soggiorno toscano

Avevamo già avuto il piacere di essere ospiti di questa casa e anche questa volta ci siamo trovati benissimo! Paesaggio splendido, casa confortevole e accoglienza meravigliosa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Speriamo di poterci tornare molto presto!

Entspannte Ferien im wunderschöner Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im Oktober 2012 für eine Woche zu viert in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung. Sie liegt in einem 5-Häuserdorf oberhalb Camaiore. Gleich vom Haus aus kann man wandern oder den Tag am Pool und im Garten genießen. Wir hatten Glück und es war warm genug (für die Kinder zumindest) im Pool zu schwimmen, auch das Meer in Viareggio ist sehr nah und lockte uns zu einem Badeausflug. Alles in allem ist es eine gut eingerichtete, großzügige Ferienwohnung in traumhafte Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Das Minidorf Ricerto ist ruhig gelegen, keine Durchgangsverkehr, aber in 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man Montemagno (auch sehr klein) mit zwei-drei Pizzaria (da Franco, fanden wir toll) und Mini-Alimentari. In Camaiore findet man dann Supermarkt.
