Escape to the coast in this modern and well-equipped 2 bedroom apartment with spectacular views of Fistral Bay. A perfect place for kicking back, relaxing and enjoying everything that Newquay and the rugged coast of North Cornwall has to offer.

With just a 5 minute walk to the iconic Fistral surf beach, home to the International Surf Centre featuring a range of shops, restaurants and surf schools, there is plenty to keep you busy. The lively resort centre of Newquay is just 15 - 20 minutes walk away with many other beautiful places to walk nearby including the Pentire Headland, Crantock Beach (by ferry) and the Gannel Estuary.

The apartment is perfect for a relaxing escape combining a bright and airy feel with cosy and comfortable furnishings. From the lounge a set of french windows open to a juliet balcony giving spectacular views of the whole length of Fistral beach from the two comfy double sofas.

The Kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a full range of crockery, cutlery, cook ware and equipment, hob and double oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer drier, iron and ironing board and a extendable table with 5 chairs

The living area, is perfect for chilling, a 40" Smart TV, DVD player and Wii with a selection of games can be found with unlimited broadband Wifi .

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a 32" smart TV

The second bedroom is spacious with two single beds and a truckle bed, a large cupboard, bedside tables, dressing table and 32" Smart TV

The main bathroom is large with a full size bath and over bath shower.

The entrance hall has plenty of space for hanging coats and shoes and a large storage cupboard. where foldable beach / picnic chairs can be found for your use.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Guests can also utilise the gardens outside for picnics, BBQs and just taking some time to relax, again with stunning views of the beach.

A parking space is available for use by guests of the property.

Gas central heating for the cooler months......

There is a travel cot and high chair for our younger guests.

Beach equipment can also be found at the property for your enjoyment.

Absolutely wonderful property,check in was very easy tap in code and key fob to main door,very clean and tidy all added home comforts,kitchen cupboards and draws full with everything such as utensils baking trays sandwiche boxes etc all added extras,the property is in an amazing spot looking out to Fistral beach was a lovely view every day

Fantastic property with an amazing view of Fistral beach. We could sit at the Juliet window and watch the surfers for hours.Having an allocated parking space was a real bonus.The property had all the kitchen utensils and amenties needed and was beautifully presented. Very clean and tidy. Also, nice and cosy. We only turned the heating on very briefly one evening.We've stayed a few times in the Newquay area on holiday and this apartment comes top of our list.

Lovely stay in Newquay

We had a fantastic time at this property in Newquay. Short walk to beautiful Fistral beach. The flat was excellent and well equipped with almost everything we could need, plenty of beach stuff, except beach towels. I rated lower on accuracy of description only because the main bed is a queen not king size and the drying on the washer/dryer wasn't functioning properly. We'd still be thrilled to stay there again.

Thanks for your feedback, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. I will check the dryers operation, bed sizes in the UK are single, double, king or super king. The bed in the master bedroom is a king size. The property listing does note state we provide beach towels and is not usual to do.

Very Pretty Area/Nice Apartment

This is a very clean property quite near 5 beaches. Reasonable rates. Only drawback was hard, hard mattresses and not very few towels--glad we brought extras.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Perfect location to explore Newquay and the local area and of course to watch all the surfers on Fistral Beach! The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the milk that was in the fridge was a magical touch for that important cup of tea after a 8 hour journey! We had everything we could possibly need for ourselves and our little boy. The Wii certainly went down very well too! Thank you so much for letting us stay. We really hope to come back one day! 😁

Facilities were excellent , clean, equipment was as much as u can expect, home from home. WiFi and tv (sky) facilities excellent in lounge and bedrooms. You could access your Netflix or Amazon prime accounts if u wanted via apps on sky box. Check in easy. Bedrooms nice. Location amazing, can walk to the gannel (crantock beach) in less than 10 mins - must visit ferry boat cafe before walking down steps to the beach. Doesn’t look much but the food and view is superb - a little gem. Fistral beach inside 10 minutes. The quieter end (and nicer IMHO) with lots of rock pools and food /drink options). Good to leave your car and just walk. Views are gorgeous. Very secure with external keyless entry to apartment block then key for apartment. Been to this apartment block twice now(not same apartment) and love it ! Juliet balcony is really good u can have the doors open and hear the waves on fistral beach. There’s a little beanie jelly cat “barnacle” who likes to visit places with guests - unfortunately we forgot to write the adventures in the book !

The property has stunning views of Fistral beach, if you surf or just want to walk on the beach, you can make sofa to surf in just a 5 minute walk.. Or head to town for the growing scene of gastro pubs and restaurants.

We fell in love with the place the moment we viewed it for the first time. A real home from home but with the beach on the door step.
