For us, being hospitable with our customers is the most important thing. From the first contact for the reservation we answer with all the information requested. We often organize transfers to and from the airports, we recommend what are the most beautiful and important things to see, how to move around the city, the best restaurants, the best pizza, or what are the theatrical events, sports or music not to lose.... We are always present at check in, to finally meet our guests. This is an important moment in which we illustrate the services of the house and its rules. We speak English, French, German, if requested we can arrange personal shopping service, cooking lessons, babysitting, private chauffeur service for city tours or transfers to and from the airport

This townhouse is in a great location, with just a quick walk about two blocks to get to the Spanish Steps. Numerous places to eat and shop in the area as well. The beds were comfortable, nice living area with 3 full bathrooms, air conditioning, and the washer/dryer was useful after staying 5 days to get wash before heading out on our cruise. Hosts were helpful and accommodated our late arrival due to flight delay. Would not hesitate to rebook again if we return to Rome!

Fantastic location in Rome

Our group of 5 had a great stay at this property. Amazing location near the Spanish Steps on a lovely street and plenty of shops and dining nearby. The hosts were wonderful--answered any questions promptly and made some great dining recommendations prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend!!!

Geeet location and property

Nice neighborhood! Great location - amazing shopping on the street. You could walk to any major attraction in Rome within 25 min. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Separate A/C in each room and nice coffeemaker a plus. Showers were great!!

Great location

Just a block or two from the Spanish Steps, taxi line, beautiful shops and restaurants, location was perfect! The apartment was very large, well equipped perfect for two couples. The hosts were very attentive and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Great place, Great location

It was a great place - very nicely kept and clean. You can be at Piazza di Spagna in 5 minutes, and walkable to many of the tourist spots and shopping. And the hosts were great, very helpful and accessible.

Amazing experience

Barbara is amazing, she made us feel at home. A lot of different things that we can say about the place: 3 beds, 3 full bathrooms, historical decorations, close to everything at walking distance. The owner, Barbara, gave us tips on where to eat, helped us making arrangements for transportation from the airport and to our destination. It’s hard to describe this incredible experience. We definitely recommend 100%.

Wonderful host, location, and apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara's beautiful apartment! Barbara was incredibly helpful with everything- from arranging transportation for us from the airport to leaving wonderful reviews. The apartment is lovely and spacious, and in an amazing (but still quiet inside the apartment) and central location.

Best trip we had to Rome

This property is amazing. Right in the middle of the central district, steps from the Spanish Steps. There are tons of shops and restaurants and lots going on in this area. I highly recommend this property. We will certainly be back here.

Perfect location!

We were very happy with our stay! It is a perfect location and the owners are very responsive and helpful with information. I would recommend walking over to the taxi stand versus trying to get a taxi to come to the door. That was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was very easy!

Great location, kid friendly

We were very comfortable in Barbara’s flat. It was the perfect spot to stay to visit Rome. Not far from the Metro, which we used more than expected. As other guests have noted, the flat is up 4 flights of stairs, but we were able to make use of the elevator when needed.

Apartment is in a perfect location. Clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning quickly cooled off the rooms. The hosts were extremely accommodating. They answered all of my questions immediately, and were very easy to reach throughout our stay.

10/10 would highly recommend!! If you’re even considering staying here, book it now and have no regrets. The apartment is HUGE (even by ‘American standards’) and in the best location. You can walk literally everywhere with dozens of restaurants, shops, and cafes right outside your door (it’s also surprisingly quite for being on a busy street) Can’t say enough good things about this place!

What a charming neighborhood. Located in the midst of the stylish shopping area near the Spanish Steps, this apartment is quiet and elegant. It is walking distance to ancient parts of Rome as well as authentic restaurants with delicious food and a rousing atmosphere. The hosts have put together a guidebook to the places they go with their friends and family - and each suggestion is excellent. We loved our stay here completely!

Perfect place to stay in Rome

Lovely apartment in the middle of Rome's shopping area. You can walk everywhere from here. Never took a taxi! so many great restaurants. The apartment is well appointed with appliances, comfort, and a great shower.

Best and beautiful location

Perfect location! Spanish steps just down the street. Taxi station close by. Restaurants - a few steps from the front door with a McCafe at the end of the street if you’re in a hurry. The streets in this area have a lot of shopping opportunity as well. The apartment was perfect and Barbara took good care of us, even provided drinks and snacks upon our arrival along with plenty of suggestions for lunch / dinner.
