appena ristrutturato da un team di giovani architetti e designer che hanno ricavato da un antico appartamento uno spazio moderno e ampio dotato di tutti i comfortper chi ama viaggiare e preferisce l' atmosfera calda di una casa ad un hotel.

1 grande living room abitabile con aria condizionata con bagno e doccia, 1 grande divano letto doppio trasformabile ,

Ogni stanza ha smart Tv con cui si può navigare in internet e accedere a Netflix con il proprio account .

This is a wonderful place in every way. It is in the center of Rome, but still super quiet! Host was wonderful, and very attentive to all our questions. Comfortable beds, lots of space, and very clean!

This townhouse is in a great location, with just a quick walk about two blocks to get to the Spanish Steps. Numerous places to eat and shop in the area as well. The beds were comfortable, nice living area with 3 full bathrooms, air conditioning, and the washer/dryer was useful after staying 5 days to get wash before heading out on our cruise. Hosts were helpful and accommodated our late arrival due to flight delay. Would not hesitate to rebook again if we return to Rome!

First of all, Barbara is so incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. She was there when we arrived, and accommodated an early arrival. Secondly, the home is really wonderful! It has such a unique character, which has been preserved. The home is also extremely clean with wonderfully comfortable beds and clean soft linens. Thirdly, the place is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Spanish step, world class shopping, as well as many other attractions. I will stay here again when I return to Roma! Thanks Barbara and Fabio!

Everything was good, the water the first morning was a little cool, but after turning up the geezer all was good. There were plenty of nespresso pods and the host had provided some breakfast buns. When we asked for help booking a taxi to the airport Barbara went above and beyond to help us.

Awesome Apartment in Rome

My wife and I wanted our two boys (14 & 10) to have an incredible first time visit to Rome. Barbara’s place was ideal! Her super clean, really large apartment is on a really quiet street but close to everything we needed. Five minute walk to Trevi Fountain or The Spanish Steps but without all the insane tourist traffic. Great restaurants and plenty of cabs close by.Barbara is an excellent hosts! And, our boys loved her place. Her communication skills were fantastic and is SUPER FAST with answering questions.We wish we could have stayed longer than four days but we’re off to experience Florence & Venice!

Summer Getaway

Wonderful host and property in perfect location. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Barbara was so responsive, so accommodating and helpful. The listing was exactly as described and expected fit exactly my family’s needs, visiting Italy for the first time during the summer. Cannot wait to return to this amazing country and beautiful Roma. Fantastic location in Rome

Our group of 5 had a great stay at this property. Amazing location near the Spanish Steps on a lovely street and plenty of shops and dining nearby. The hosts were wonderful--answered any questions promptly and made some great dining recommendations prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing experience

Barbara is amazing, she made us feel at home. A lot of different things that we can say about the place: 3 beds, 3 full bathrooms, historical decorations, close to everything at walking distance. The owner, Barbara, gave us tips on where to eat, helped us making arrangements for transportation from the airport and to our destination. It’s hard to describe this incredible experience. We definitely recommend 100%.

Nice neighborhood! Great location - amazing shopping on the street. You could walk to any major attraction in Rome within 25 min. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Separate A/C in each room and nice coffeemaker a plus. Showers were great!!

Perfect place to stay in Rome

This was our second time to rent this property in Rome. It is a perfect place to stay. The location is right next to the Spanish Steps, shopping, restaurants, etc. with very easy access to all the other major sites. The nice thing is with the great location the apartment itself is very quiet. Barbara is a wonderful host, she or someone from her team meets you when you check in and both times we were there she helped arranged our transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Rome.

Great place in Rome!

Barbara is a great host—very helpful in every way! The location of the apartment is excellent—right in the middle of the city. The apartment is very quiet, despite being in the city center. The beds are truly American king-size, a bit on the firmer side. The bedsheets are nice cotton.There are three full bathrooms with amazing showers—very convenient for getting ready quickly in the morning. There is a little store behind the building, which is great for getting milk, eggs, and other basic essentials.The kitchen in the apartment is on the smaller side. It was good enough to prepare breakfast but too small to cook dinner for a family.Apartment is also recently renovated and very clean.The only small downside is that the apartment’s windows faced the courtyard, so there wasn’t much bright sunlight, and we had to use lights even in the morning.

Lovely

The apartment is well located and had perfect amenities, from blowdryer to hair straightener to tea maker etc. We were able to check in early straight from the airport which was very very helpful. The apartment is also 2 min from a taxi stand so convenient to grab a cab to get to the train station for our next stop. The apartment is clean, spacious and lovely.

Great location!

We spent 4 nights at the apartment. It was in a great location just around the corner from the Spanish Steps. It was easy to walk to all the major attractions. The apartment was newly renovated, clean and quiet. Barbara was a terrific host! She provided great information on the area and helped us set up transportation to/from the airport. We would definitely go back!

Great townhouse centrally located in Rome, close to the Spanish steps & Pantheon, in a major shopping area. We found the rooms to be larger than expected based on the pictures. Barbara is a great host, very attentive!

Quiet space in lively and vibrant neighborhood

Everything about the apartment was exactly as described. Check in was flawless and the owner charming and very helpful. Barbara was very easy to reach when we had questions. Everything worked and was spotlessly clean. The apartment was very quiet and on the rear of the building. The downside was that the apartment was a bit dark and had no views. All in all a very good stay!

We choose to rent our house because we have always enjoyed being in contact with people ,knowing about their lives and experiences and sharing this house is ideal for this I studied in the U:S:A ,I speak English correctly, French, a little Spanish and we personally meet guests upon arrival, It is important for us to help them having the best time and we are always happy to give our advices on what to see, do, and over all eat : D Guests are welcomed and received as friends coming to visit and Sometimes it happens that we stay in touch with them even after their staying... we love our job and when people are happy of their experience with us ...that's the best award ! SEE YOU IN ROMA !!

The spacious apartment is located in a building of the early 1900’s with 1 lift and is located in the center of Rome a few steps from Piazza di Spagna , Trinità dei monti, the area of restaurants and shopping with all the services bus ,taxi and metro at your fingertips . Buses and taxis are always passing by but the major monuments of Rome are maximum 20 minuteswalking distance the Pantheon , Il Colosseo, Piazza Venezia , Il Campidoglio, Bocca della Verita ', Foro Romano , Teatro Marcello , Circo Massimo . You then arrive with a few bus stops to San Pietro ,The Tiber River , The ancient Jewish quarter of the Ghetto and the Synagogue and the Testaccio district.
