Apartment located in a village house at the foot of the ramparts of the citadel and completely renovated in 2008.
The house is in a quiet street without trade but close nevertheless (50 / 100m) of the main places of life: marina, squares, shops.
The apartment has 1 bedroom: 12 m2, living room with sofa: 20m2 (convertible 140) and 1 kitchen with dining area: 17 m2 and a terrace of 12 m2 with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Saint-Florent.
The housing has been renovated with the concern to preserve the original materials (stone, wood etc ...)

Appartamento arredato con gusto, location all’entrata della citadel che permette di spostarsi a piedi senza essere nel mezzo del caos. Terrazzo con vista superba sul mare. Thierry è stato gentilissimo e molto comunicativo. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Une petite perle cet appartement! idéalement situé, vous stationnez votre véhicule sur le parking en haut et plus besoin de voiture. tout à proximité. Appartement sécurisé avec une grille d'entrée. Fonctionnel avec une splendide terrasse et au calme. Thierry est un propriétaire sympathique. N'oubliez pas de lui demander de brancher le cumulus à votre arrivée!

Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist eine Wucht. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Marktplatz und am öffentlichen Parkplatz. Einziger Nachteil:wegen der Nähe zur Innenstadt wird es abends lauter, vor allem zum Wochenende hin.

Escapade Romantique à St Florent

L’apt est topissime, encore mieux en vrai. Idéalement placé dans la Citadelle il permet de tout faire à pied.le propriétaire est charmant et l’apt a été rénové avec goût et la terrasse vue mer est magnifique pour les repas. Bref, on a passé une excellente semaine 😎
