Book Suite 30 in Groningen via our website OvernachteninStijl.nl directly with the owners. Suite 30 is big self-catering accommodation on the ground floor with a garden (90m2).
A Lovely holiday home with a kingsize bedroom of 30m2 big enough for 4 people. There is a king size boxspring bed, which we can prepare as single beds as well If you are a family or just friends, this is the place to be. There is room for 2 extra adults (costs extra) with the bedsofa of high quality 2x90x200 size.
On request we can prepare a baby cot as well with a normal good matrass (not that flat ones).

Lots of things to do in the neighborhood, you just go to see the Martini Tower, or go play bowling, eat Tapas at Gedempte Kattendiep. With the kids you could go to nice child friendly restaurants nearby or walk to the playgrounds in the Park.
For your groceries there is a supermarket nearby within 500m.

You enter the house by the front door and then you will come in the hall with garderobe, from there you enter the living room with a fauteuil and big sofa (bedsofa) and SMART TV. A high chair is available and the living room has a dining area where you could easily sit with 6 people. A large kitchen! The kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher, tablets are provided and there is a cooler. There is a nespresso machine. Some coffee and tea is provided as well, Water Kettle is available. The bathroom has a rainshower (!) and there is a washing machine, drying machine, ironing kit and the toilet. There is a hair dryer and towels and shower utilities are as well provided.

Free parking. You can reserve the garage as well, the size is 2.00m wide and high and 4.95 deep so make sure if your car fits. You may use it for free during your stay.
Within a 10 minutes walk you are at the Grote Markt/ Martini Tower.
The nearest restaurant is just at the other side of the street a cosy bar (where you can get a snack) and more restaurants to choose within 5 minutes walking distance, while a supermarket can be found within 500 metres.

You are staying in a full ground floor comfortable apartment of 90m2 in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the centre of Groningen.
There is a sunny terrace and a parking to be reserved. Parking you pay on arrival.
The apartment has a city garden, a private entrance, a living with dining for 6, TV with netflix account, free WIFI and a fully equiped kitchen. There is a sofabed and in the bedroom there is a kingsize boxspring where we can place extra beds or a babycot.
