Beautiful house in Tuscany

Very nice house in a very small town, perfect getaway for anyone. Quiet area with a nice shared pool to relax and enjoy the weather. Would definitely recommend and we will most likely come back!

For us, the location and everything was perfect. Pisa, Florence etc easy to reach. Really enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome. Any problems were dealt with swiftly by Cecelia. Would highly recommend for a typical Tuscan holiday

Amazing stay with beautiful landscape

We stayed for almost a week and we absolutely loved every day there! It is a great location for visiting the Tuscany area and the cities during the day and then coming back for the pool in the midday when the cities are too hot. The communication with Cecilia and her family was also great. If we ever needed something, she was always there to help us. Overall a perfect holiday. We can only recommend it!

Beautiful Farm Living

Me and my friend loved staying at Sant’Ermo! Cecilia is a wonderful and helpful host and her farm house is divine. The apartment is very spacious and clean. It got very hot the days we stayed there, so the pool was really a must and very pleasant. There are fruit trees all around the property which I thought it was a really nice touch. You must have a car though, because the property is surrounded by vineyards and it’s just more convenient to get around. I highly recommend this place if you want to relax and get away from the city life.

Authentic rustic villa

Overall, this was a very peaceful getaway. The villa had a very authentic and classic Italian vibe which we loved. The pool was amazing and had such a spectacular view. I wish we knew ahead of time how remote the location was, as we did not have a car with us - this should be mentioned in the property description. This added up to very expensive taxi fares and this location has nothing that you can walk to so it also would have been nice to know that we needed to do a grocery run ahead of time. Overall a beautiful property and view, but the location was a too remote if you don’t have a car.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im toskanischen Bauernhaus

Wir verbrachten hier eine sehr entspannte Woche. Cecilia und ihr Mann haben uns über die Schwierigkeiten der Anreise geduldig hinweg geholfen und uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie konnten uns auch gute Tipps für Lokale und Ausflugsziele geben. Von der Unterkunft hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht und am Pool relaxen. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für alles!

Het verblijf was heerlijk. De ontvangst was gastvrij en we kregen goede uitleg over de B&B en faciliteiten. Het Appertement is ruim, schoon en charmant. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het uitzicht is prachtig. Als je van rust, wandelen, natuur en leuke ongerepte dorpjes houdt is dit een top locatie.

Accueil chaleureux de Cécilia et de sa famille.Très réactive, Cécilia fait tout pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.Le lieu est superbe et l'on peut rayonner facilement dans les sites alentour avec une voiture, évidemment indispensable.C'est la Toscane authentique et l'on peut éviter les flots de touristes.Cerise sur le gâteau : une vraie piscine, très agréable. Toskana at its best

wir wollten abseits in der Toskana ein paar unbeschwerte Tage verbringen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Gastgeber waren super nett. Sauber, geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. Wlan hat gut funktioniert, sogar mit unserem Stick konnten wir TH schauen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr nette Vermieter (sprechen Englisch) und ein schön angelegtes Grundstück mit toller Aussicht. Ein gepflegter Pool mit Liegen, Grillmöglichkeit, Stühle und Tische im Garten, gesicherter Grundstückszugang. Bad mit Dusche, Küche mit Herd, mit Toaster, ohne Ofen. Heizmöglichkeit nur im Schlafzimmer. TV mit regionalen Sendern und WLan. Gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Der Grillbereich im Garten müsste mal etwas hergerichtet werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Séjour de rêve à Sant'Ermo

Visite de Pise, Florence, Volterra et croisière dans les cinq terres depuis La Spezia. Le tout en une semaine en gardant du temps pour du farniente entre chaque activités et profiter du lieu idyllique et des hôtes charmant.

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage

Das Anwesen ist sehr weitläufig man kann sich mit den anderen Gästen sehr gut arrangieren. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat dass es sehr viele Möglichkeiten gibt draußen zu grillen oder sich eine Pizza zu machen zumal das Brennmaterial jederzeit bereit liegt. Wenn man sich den Tag über dort aufhält gibt es die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten sich sowohl in die Sonne als auch im Schatten aufzuhalten, jeweils mit Sonnenschirm und Tisch. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca 5 km weg was dir uns aber auch kein Problem war denn der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß mit Gefrierfach sodass man auf Vorrat kaufen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett, sprechen gutes Englisch sind aber nicht aufdringlich. Fazit: eine Unterkunft die man absolut empfehlen kann-nein muss!!!!

Super Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeber waren immer um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Dabei blieb keine Frage unbeantwortet. Zudem gab es noch Tips für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - es war fast familiär. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!
