Suppose to be the elite property I give it 1 star!!
Second time we stayed at the Turquoise Place in the last 2 months ! 1st time was good other than we couldn't use the hot tub due to an excessive amount of chlorine in the water and ask for it to corrected and wasn't other than that it was a good stay!! This time started off bad we get checked in and not long after smoke alarms started going off called front desk and as experienced previously it's almost impossible to get thru we could of been in Danger of a fire not knowing if there was a fire or not front desk said there wasn't and sent a maintenance man up we waited for him to arrive knowing we had an appointment to make so we left him in our unit not by choice!! He was suppose to fix it but guess what it woke us up the next morning going off!! It's was sparadick this time and after about 20 min it's stoped we didn't want to go thri all the hassle of TRYING to call the front desk and we had plans other than sitting around waiting on a maintenance man again so so left for the day only to get back around 5:30 and being there shortly guess what it started going off again and this time it continued for at least 45 min while we were trying to get thru to get this addressed! I first called front desk and was on hold for almost 6 min only to get a recording to prompt me to leave a message so as anyone would be I called security and the supervisor said he would send someone up in which they never showed up!!! During waiting I thought I would try the front desk 1 more time and finally got someone to answer and as they could tell I was frustrated and they could hear the fire alarm going off in the background I asked to speak to a supervisor and after waiting another 3-5 min a man came on and said his name was Jason Rodrigez I explained the problem and he said he would send a maintenance guy up to check again also he said he would have a guest service agent call to address this issue and the condo being dirty shower had mold in it and guess what hot tub was dirty had a ring around it and smelt like chlorine none of this is good being that my wife has brain cancer and no one wanting to address and resolve the issues and TRY to appease us !!! In no way do we feel appreciated as a patron of Spectrum on the stays that have been in the lady two months therefore as we will be returning to the area The Turquoise Place will not be our choice of properties in the future as we will surely find one at the prices we have paid that will appreciate our business!
