Our Lisbon apartment has been decorated with attention to every detail to offer a welcoming and relaxing experience. It has 55m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a river view equipped with a sofa bed. An integrated living room and kitchen in an elegant and spacious open space, thus creating a cosy and modern environment perfect for relaxing and socialising. It is a well-lit space with elegant decor and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter. This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.



The accommodation is equipped with two comfortable sofas and a TV. In the dining area, we have a modern and fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.

The modern bathroom with a spacious shower includes a hair dryer and personal care products.

Check-in and check-out information:

- Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00 (no additional costs);

- Check-out by 11:00.



Your check-in will be accompanied by an assistant and your arrival time will be scheduled in advance.



NOTICE: Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional cost — €35 between 8:00 PM and midnight, and €50 after midnight.



Until check-in, you can leave your luggage at our office from 09:00 to 17:30 on weekdays, except holidays, located at Cais do Sodré - cost of €2 per bag.



On the day of departure, please ensure that:

- you take everything with you;

- the waste has been placed in the appropriate containers outside the building;

- the apartment keys are left on the table;

- the apartment door and the building are locked.



Please be careful not to make noise between 10pm and 8am.
