Amazing AC and very good location! Super cute and cozy and perfect for our group. Very clean too! Amazing water pressure as well. Highly recommend!!

Excellent, comfortable. Highly recommended : As described, easy to access, well-furnished. Plenty of appliances, all in working order. Supermarket just a stone’s throw away. Easy to find parking if needed. A few more cutlery sets wouldn’t go amiss....

Our family stayed in unit 2D and we loved how clean the unit is. It had all the amenities we needed and was a perfect location- far enough to not hear the hustle and bustle of the busy streets but really just a 5 minute walk to the nearest Continente and 2 minutes from our favorite cafe, Copélia. Highly recommend this place for location and cleanliness. I really hope they can maintain the cleanliness for more guests to enjoy!

: the apartment was fantastic, really beautiful with everything we needed, that also cleaned it everyday, like in a hotel. the customer service is really available 24\7 and very nice there was an issue with the dishwasher that it didn't start, but the operator was available at all hours and the cleaning team washed everything so it didn't cause us any trouble, they handled it very well

Staying at this apartment was disappointing. We had high hopes based on the description and pictures. Parking is not available. You have to find paid street parking which the machine closest ate the money without giving us the street parking voucher. There were no pillow cases and pillows were stained and had someone's hair. The remote for the TV did not work at all. There was no dish soap or sponge to quick clean cups or dishes. And the plates and cups were dirty with dried food on them. We addressed some of these issues and kept getting generic responses of advising a "team" of these issues. Someone was supposed to stop by but never did. Also the pictures showed this apartment as 2 floors but it is not as the pictures. I really wanted to like this place but this platform really needs to check the places they list for accuracy because this is the second location that was inaccurate. We would have chosen differently. And the management team needs to do a bit better at following through. They responded but nothing was done for the inconveniences. Location was a bit shady at night and did not feel comfortable with going out at night with our child. Wish this was a better stay. Description and pictures need to be more accurate.

Initially, the check in and communications were good. However, when we arrived we noticed that the sofa bed did not have any sheets. We asked the cleaning service to provide sheets and they refused without permission the host. We contacted the host multiple times and they did not respond or correct the issue. We asked the maintenance people (working in the closet with clean sheets) for a set of sheets and he said he could not without per from the host. In addition not having sheets for the sofa bed we paid 30 euros (in advance) for an additional set of sheets and we could not get these either. The advertisement said that if you wanted clean towels to leave them on the floor but the cleaning service collected the used towels and did not replace them with clean towels leaving us with only one towel. The after many attempts of correspondence on the VRBO messages we eventually were refunded the 30 euros. Lastly, a window was broken and would not close. Because we were on the second floor we did not see this as a security issue but it should be fixed. The place wouldn't be bad if the host corrected these issues but 2 stars for these problems.
