This cabin was absolutely beautiful from the outside to the inside. Decorated beautifully. Felt like home away from home. It was nice and clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine, the bathrooms were nice and clean. The game room downstairs was perfect for some downtime when we just hung out at the cabin. The cabin is just about a mile and 1/2 out of town but when you reach the cabin which sit on top of a hill, the scenery is amazing. Chris the owner is amazing to work with. FYI when you see those little notes they leave around the cabin or on the app about making sure to lock your car doors, PLEASE follow those instructions. My daughter and son-in-law ended up with two bears in their car around 7:00 pm Saturday night. LOL They got lucky that nothing was tore up they just ate some cheez-its and tore the wine box open. But it is a memory to remember. We hope to be back!

Love love love!!!! I don't think you'll find another cabin with these views, be this close to town and have so much yard for the dogs! This is easily our favorite cabin that we have ever stayed in. Oh and the BEARS!!!!! They visited almost every night and was such a awesome experience to see. The house was really clean and the owner was immedietly responsive anytime we reached out for questions prior and during our visit. They also utilized a website that made checking in/out instructions a breeze. We felt really safe having a house alarm system! Overall the best cabin and when we go back we will only be staying at this cabin! Do note the drive up is pretty steep and curvy. I would use Google street view and see it before booking (especially in wintery season).Only thing I want to point out is that the pictures of the yard need updated. We were quite surprised there is a house literally in the driveway. From the pictures it looks like you are in the woods but there was active construction and new houses all over. I would knock a star off for this but we booked like 14-15 months in advance so we gave a pass as we prob booked before all of it. I would reccomend the owner to up date the driveway picture because it is really misleading. Overall its an amazing cabin, super close to town, has breathtaking views, fun game room and room for the whole family. The yard is a MUST for our furry friends

Great vacation home! Had a wonderful time. The views from the cabin were beautiful in the heart of fall. Our host provided us with all the info we needed and the cabin was clean and well stocked. Definitely watch out for the bears as they check things out frequently and don’t leave anything (including soda cans) in your car! The fire pit and hot tub were welcome extras that got a lot of use. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon! Thank you!

It was a very nice cabin with pretty views, enough bedrooms/bathrooms for everyone, plenty of parking for 3 cars, games for kids and much more. The cleanliness was lacking though. The couches/beds haven’t been moved in ages to vacuum under. We noticed as we had to keep retrieving the kids toys. The windows on the doors to decks were filthy with finger prints/smudges. The toilet in the master had pee down the front with dust accumulating on it. It would have been a 5 star rating otherwise.

Great location with close proximity to a Smoky mountain National park entrance and downtown Gatlinburg. The view is beautiful. The 4 king bedrooms with en suite is great whentraveling with all adults. Walmart grocery delivery available to the door. Very convenient.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We had our entire family under one roof. We saw multiple bear at the cabin. The kids enjoyed the basketball hoop and so did the adults.

Beautiful, clean cabin with stunning views. It takes your breath away every day. We were with my 3 adult kids and 2 dogs. Everyone had their own king bed, bathroom and private decks. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of seating for eating and just hanging out. 2 family rooms if you needed some extra space. Perfect place for our pups too. We saw bears almost every day! So that was exciting! There’s a store very close with everything you need and some cute villages to shop in Gatlinburg which were about 10 min away. Pigeon Forge was only 20-30 min away. The hiking trails were also super close.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home that is in a great location!! You are up in the mountains, but just a few minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and stores. The views are outstanding and we had daily bear activity.

Beautiful house just a short ride from downtown Gatlinburg. The house was clean and comfortable and the view was great. There were mountain views and also views of downtown Gatlinburg. Definitely a property I would stay at again. It was in a quiet area and even had a flat lawn in the front of the house .

Beautiful property and Chris was very responsive! We were a bit bummed that the chairs were damaged in the recent storm so we couldnt sit around the fire but otherwise our stay was great! Thank you!

Great Location and Beautiful Cabin

Really nice cabin close to Gatlinburg. Had great view of the mountains and can see downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of room for parking and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Easy check in and the hosts/owners communicated very well throughout the entire process. We have already recommend this cabin to friends. Great place to stay in Gatlinburg!

It’s Al about the View

Bella Vista was everything we hoped it would be! It was perfect for our family of 9 and allowed everyone the privacy they wanted but also provided a nice sized family room with an amazing view for those all together times! The kitchen was well equipped we everything we might need for cooking. The Christmas tree was up and it made for such a cozy home feeling. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

Great place to stay!!

We enjoyed so much Bella Vista in Gatlinburg. It was convenient to downtown and all the attractions. Our host was very attentive to questions that we had and very prompt in getting a few things done we asked for. The views are great, and the rooms are large and met the needs of our family of nine!!

Birthday getaway

Rented this cabin with a group of friends for my birthday. The cabin is beautifully located with beautiful views of downtown Gatlinburg and the mountains. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was equiped with everything that we needed. The owner was always readily available to answer any questions. Will definitely return.

AMAZING VIEWS!!!

The views were simply AMAZING!!! If you are looking for a cabin to rent with stunning views this cabin hands down should be the one to stay at. The owners were wonderful as well. We were so lucky to see bears every day. We made wonderful memories here.

The beds was dirty, the pillows smell bad. I got itchy skin on my body the first night, the bed had some small black specks on it. They don't have a coffee filter, much less sugar. the bathrooms smelled bad.

Convenient to everything

Breakfast at Tiny pancake house is fantastic and super close. We saw lots of bears in the front yard. So cute! Another fantastic place to eat dinner is the greenbrier restaurant. Literally 4 minutes away.

Great Property!

My grandson graduated high school and decided on Gatlinburg for a family trip. We rented this home to accommodate 13 people- my husband and I, my three grown kids, their spouses, and my grandchildren (between the ages of 3 and 18). It was a great home in a great location and definitely served us well. The house was clean and spacious. Each room has a bathroom which was helpful with so many people. We had quite a few bear visitors, they even ate our corn hole bags! The location is up a steep road but the view from the top is great. The basketball net was an added bonus. Overall, our stay was great, no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Just perfect!

The cabin was just as advertised- the view was awesome, every amenity was present, and much thought had been given to what guests would need. It was especially remarkable to find that view so close to downtown Gatlinburg, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Hi, I’m Chris — my wife Sarah and I fell in love with the Smoky Mountains years ago after spending countless vacations here. After renting cabins for many seasons, we finally decided to create our own mountain retreat, starting with Roaring Fork Lodge. That experience inspired us to grow and share our love of the Smokies with others through Bella Vista Lodge and several other upscale properties in Gatlinburg.

We personally manage all our cabins with great pride, focusing on cleanliness, maintenance, and thoughtful touches that make each stay special. Our goal is to provide the same experience we love — relaxing, spotless, and perfectly prepared for unforgettable mountain memories.
