Acogedora finca cerca del pueblo de Alcúdica.



Capacidad para 4 personas.



La casa, de 110 m² de carácter rústico y coqueto, ofrece mucha privacidad y vistas a la montaña y al jardín. Está ubicada en una zona ideal para niños y en el complejo residencial.

Un salón con paredes de piedra rústica, un sofá cama y una chimenea, una cocina independiente con vitrocerámica, un baño completo y dos habitaciones forman la planta baja de la casa principal. La cocina y el salón tiene acceso directo a la terraza, con sus preciosos rincones con flores, sombras y mesas para disfrutar de la calma. Una zona de barbacoa y otra habitación con baño, anexa a la casa principal, completan el alojamiento.

La habitación anexa dispone de aire acondicionado/bomba de calor.

La parcela está totalmente vallada.

¡Una gran piscina y amplios jardines y terrazas con porches y tumbonas les estan esperando!

This place was AMAZING

This place was AMAZING. We couldn't have asked for better, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well cared for. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and answered right away even with language barrier, we never had any problems. 100% would recommend staying here.

We had a great time at the villa, it's located close to Alcudia town centre, shops, several beaches

We had a great time at the villa, it's located close to Alcudia town centre, shops, several beaches and coves and easy access to the mountains. Everything is exactly like the photos, the garden is quite big with lots of space and the property is private with several seating areas outside to enjoy. The main house of the villa itself is slightly older and needs a bit of TLC, but apart from that it's a good place to base yourself and explorejust enjoy the pool.

This was a good spot for us.

The pool and outside area was great to relax in and there's a lot of space. Theres a storage room on the side which we could leave out bikes in overnight and two bathroom made everything easy for the 7 of us. Finding the villa was hard and took us a while, hopefully they will/have added a picture of the gate and driveway to make this easier. Unfortunately the room above the kitchen (or cosy cove) doesn't have air conditioning which meant it was unusable, the other 4 bedrooms were great though. There was plenty of cutlery and cooking equipment for us to cook various meals too. Alcudia is a short 10 minute walk away which has everything you need from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream etc. and 2 lovely cove beaches are again a short walk away (in the other direction) Overall a very enjoyable stay

Nice cottage

Whilst the cottage or finca is nice there are some problems which are not in the advert .The place isn't the easiest to find ,taxi driver didn't even struggled to find it .whilst you are not far from the town if you have young children and no car it's a fair old walk and you hardly see taxis on the road by the property.If you come in when it's dark it is pitch black and there is a long driveway to the property.Pool is full of wasps and whether it was just us we were eaten alive by mosquito's even though we took precautions Also for some reason the electricity kept tripping and then come back on which was a lot the last two days.I don't want to be to negative as the property is great and the pool but this was are holiday experience.

We are sorry that the taxi driver you hired did not show any interest in helping you, with the coordinates we sent him, he drops you off at the exact spot and there should be no loss. As indicated in the advert, it is a finca, which means that it is not in the village, so it is understood that it is necessary to have your own carto have a hired transfer service. Regarding the wasps and mosquitoes, as you know, they are typical of warm climates such as those of Mallorca and especially near a swimming pool with water. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich, toller Pool. Ausstattung Küche befriedigend, Gasgrill wäre toll, Betten könnten besser sein.

Una hermosa terraza, gran piscina, jardín bonito, higos ricos! Disfrutemos de nuestra estancia aunque sea más correcto limitar el alojamiento a 6 personas. Uno de los dormitorios está en el entresuelo / ático, sin aire acondicionado. Pensar en comprar lo esencial. La propietaria es muy receptiva a los problemas encontrados.

Wunderbarer erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern (4 und 7) und den Grosseltern für neun Nächte diese Finca bewohnt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser älterer Sohn hat Autismus, so haben wir erst einmal einige zerbrechliche Gegenstände im alten Haus in Sicherheit gebracht, dann konnte er sich frei im Haus bewegen - er hat sich sichtlich in Haus und Garten (umzäunt, für uns ideal :-)) wohl und sicher gefühlt und konnte schon in der zweiten Nacht in einen erholsamen Schlaf finden. Die Matratzen im neuen Haus und im kleinen Schlafzimmer des alten Hauses sind in einem wunderbaren Zustand, so dass auch wir Grossen uns des Nachts wunderbar erholen konnten. Im grossen Schlafzimmer ist die Matratze vor allem auf der Türseite durchgelegen, wäre daher gut, diese mit einer neuen zu ersetzen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes Ende April hat es auch mehrmals geregnet, was heisst, dass die Temperaturen ziemlich gesunken sind. Mit etwas Geduld haben wir es geschafft, die Klimaanlagen auf Heizen einzustellen (man muss ein wenig warten, dann pusten sie auch warme Luft), so dass die Schlafzimmer am Abend schön warm wurden. Während der Nacht konnten wir sie getrost wieder ausmachen, da die Decken warm und kuschelig waren. Das Wohnzimmer durften wir über den Cheminee Ofen heizen, Holz dafür haben wir an der Tankstelle gekauft. So war die Feuchtigkeit aus dem alten dicken gemütlichen Steingemäuer schnell getrocknet und wir hatten eine romantische stimmungsvolle Runde am Abendbrottisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In die Jahre gekommene Finca die sehr gut auf dieser Seite fotographiert wurde.

Im Grunde kann man sagen das uns die Gegend gut gefallen hat und das Grundstück auch sehr gut gelegen ist. Der Service funktioniert auch super. es wird versucht sich sofort um Probleme zu kümmern. Man kann sagen das ein sehr guter Fotograf am Werk war um diese Bilder zu schiessen. Das Hauptgebäude roch sehr muffig. Die Wohnzimmermöbel sind ebenfalls abgenutzt und laden nicht zum verweihlen ein. Die Schlafcouch im oberen Abteil ist kaum nutzbar. Die Küche hatte alle Geräte vorhanden und auch funktionsfähig wobei man hier sagen muss das die Geräte auch gern getauscht werden könnten. z.b die Kaffemaschine die ca. 30 Minuten gebraucht hat um eine Kanne zu brühen. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Das Geschirr kam immer wieder verschmutzt heraus. wir reklamierten dieses und es kam auch sofort jemand. Jedoch kam dann eine Putzdame die einfach nur Salz nachschüttete welches das Problem nicht behob. Beide Toilettenspülungen sind defekt. Die Duschhalterung im Haupthaus ist defekt. Das Grundstück wirkt sehr ungepflegt. Achja es wird viel und lange in den anderen Fincas gefeiert was uns nicht gestört hat, jedoch sollte man dann dieses nicht in seine Anzeige schreiben das ab 22 Uhr laute Musik etc untersagt wird.
