GaliaHomesからは、設備、ビーチ、カルボエイロ中心部まで徒歩圏内にある、静かで家族向けの複合施設に滞在することができます。 私たちは複合施設内に18のアパートを借ります。 一部のアパートメントには2つのベッドルーム、2つのバスルームがあり、最大4人まで宿泊できます。 1階のアパートは椅子と椅子の外側のテーブル、バーベキューとリアガーデンを囲んでいます。 アパートの正面に朝食テラスがあります。 一部の1階のアパートメントからは海の景色が見えます。 1階のアパートでは、バーベキューエリアのある屋上テラスに続く階段のある屋外ダイニング用の広いフロントテラスがあります。 プールエリアではサンラウンジ、パラソルを用意しています。 複合施設内に子供用スイミングプールと遊び場があります。 各アパートで無料のWi-Fi。 Wi-Fiはプール/バー/レストランエリアでも使用でき、無料です。 レストランにはスヌーカーテーブルがあり、フロントにはインターネット接続のあるコンピュータがあります（有料）。

Some apartments have aircon and it is on request and extra €75 p/week. Free standing electric fans are provided in those without aircon.
A refundable breakage deposit of €100 is to be paid directly to us in cash on arrival.

Very nice apartment, everything you need for a short or long stay. The only downside to this apartment it was quite dark inside.

Great family stay

The apartment was perfect for what we needed - 2 adults and a toddler. The pool area and playground were just outside and the amazing restaurant was also 30 seconds away as was the mini market which had the key essentials we needed. It wasn't a long walk in to the town centre but it is with a steep hill you'll have to get used to

Séjour agréable dans un quartier tranquille de Carvoeiro

Résidence et piscine agréables, proximité du bar restaurant sympathique appréciable. Villa 1A rdc appartement avec belle surface literie correcte, mais manque d'équipements de cuisine de qualité et de modernité (cafetière électrique trop petite, couteaux qui ne coupent pas ...) ,électroménager ancien à remplacer. La conciergerie nous a changé le grille-pain inutilisable, merci. Aucun rangements dans les salles de bains, pour les trousses de toilette et produits d'hygiène. Service de chambre et nettoyage régulier et bien fait, Merci.

Bel endroit, peut-être un peu trop solennel au restaurant de la piscine le soir. Service un peu Rapi

Très bien placé,pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour se rendre à Carvoeiro. Les logements sont très spacieux, et une très bonne literie… important. Dans le futur une rénovation des salles de bains sont à prévoir.( baignoire avec rideau de douche pas top) Mais ds l’ensemble rien à dire. Le personnel est à l’écoute des clients

Being a former teacher in a high school in Russia I immigrated to Portugal in 2001 with my daughter. After spending a few years working in hospitality, learning English, Portuguese, French and mastering computer skills, in 2005 I started a small family business GaliaHomes renting out seaside holiday homes in the Algarve. Travelling has always been my passion and I learned over the years that there are many others to share it with. Working with a dedicated and experienced team locally, I am happy to introduce you to our portfolio of the holiday villas and apartments at this exciting destination.

Our team is working locally and can be reached by phone, which number we’ll provide. Before your arrival, we’ll email you the directions to the resort and the details regarding access to your holiday home. Should you arrive after working hours we’ll leave a key in the small key safe and email you the code in advance. Normally the check-in time is after 14H. Should you arrive early we’ll communicate with you to find the best possible solution. Our emergency number is available for 24 hours. To ensure you enjoy relaxing, stress-free holidays we’ll provide you with the house rules, emergency and taxi services phone numbers. We can organize airport transfer at additional cost and help you with the car rental.

We reserve the right to charge higher levels of a breakage deposit for young groups.
This deposit will be held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on your departure providing no breakages have occurred. 
We reserve the right to charge extra breakage deposit for young/single groups. €100 per person is to be paid on arrival in cash.

Should any breakages or extra cleaning require on your departure day we reserve the right to hold on your deposit until the problem sorted and paid for. In this case the rest of your deposit will be sent to you by bank transfer within two weeks after your departure.

It's nothing personal. We had great groups of young people who respected the villas but unfortunately, we also had bad experiences.

No parties or inviting any other guests are allowed in our villas.

Please let me know your party's age and if you agree with our terms we shall be happy to accommodate you.
