The chic living area features a cozy fireplace and adjoins an open kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven. Step out to the sunny furnished terrace with barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The ground floor also boasts a shower room with a private 4 sqm sauna and an extra guest toilet, while upstairs offers three inviting bedrooms and a sleek bathroom with walk-in shower.

Day trips await with the charming castle town of Klütz just 13 km away and the lively Baltic resort of Boltenhagen 15 km from your door. Relax on the long sandy beach, stroll along the promenade, or unwind at Marina Weiße Wiek with waterfront dining.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Ein tolles, sehr gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Schöne Terrasse / Garten in dem wir auch nett grillen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Le sauna était une belle touche après une journée à la plage de Gross Schwansee à proximité, La cuisine ouverte était bien équipée, ce qui facilitait la préparation des repas, et nous avons profité de nombreuses soirées sur la terrasse à faire des grillades, Je recommande vivement pour les familles!

sehr schöne Unterkunft

alles bestens, sehr schönes Haus mit allen was man für ein paar Tage als Selbstversorger so braucht. Fußläufig zum Strand, ruhige Lage inmitten eines Neubaugebietes.

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen dieses Ferienhaus für ein Wochenende gemietet. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und der Check in lief reibungslos. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der schöne Naturstrand ist zu Fuss in 10 Min zu erreichen. Auch mit meinen Kindern hätte ich mir vorstellen können in diesem Haus zu sein, da es auch hierfür an nichts mangelte.(Kindergeschirr, Hochstuhl, Kinderbett, Spielplätze in der Nähe). Ein Auto ist jedoch empfohlen, da es im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten o.ä. gibt. Ein schönes Haus für alle die etwas ruhiges suchen um etwas vom Alltagsstress runter zu kommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

tolles Haus

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Der Check-In hat perfekt geklappt, trotz extrem kurzfristiger Buchung. Von den Bautätigkeiten ringsum haben wir wenig mitbekommen. Die geringe Entfernung zum Strand (zu Fuß vorbei an Mohnfeldern!) gefiel uns gut. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug. Einzig eine Möglichkeit, um morgens an frische Brötchen zu kommen haben wir vermisst, dafür kann das Haus aber nichts.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende, mit sechs Erwachsenen, in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und es mangelte einem an nichts. Das Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Der Urlaub in den Ferienhaus war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Wir hatten am Donnerstag abend für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche ab Samstag gebucht. Am Freitag haben wir dann telefonisch Details abgestimmt, als wir dann doch 2h früher am Ferienhaus waren konnte die Übergabe auch schon früher stattfinden. Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Nun zum Haus, dieses hat alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Da das Wetter so gut war, waren wir kaum tagsüber im Haus aber dennoch haben wir uns jedesmal gefreut wieder in unser Haus zurückzukommen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würde immer wieder gerne wiederkommen.
