Beautiful property lo ated in beautiful weatern harbor. Convenient to restaurants and 24/7 grocery store. Bus stop at end of the street to Edinburgh center city.
The apartment was a great space for us with lots of room. Communication withe host was fast and helpful and the bus stop near by made travel into old Edinburgh easy
The location and parking was great. The apartment was lovely but the showers could have done with a good clean. Beds were very comfortable and well equipped

The host assisted with check in, making it very easy. The unit had all of the necessities you would want and need. The water pressure and temperature were fantastic. The unit was quiet, safe and conveniently located to restaurants, pubs and the bus line. Atmosphere was very calming. Location and unit were enjoyable.

Newhaven stay
Unfortunately not everything worked.some windows did not unlock so no fresh air. It could have been cleaner but the property manager was very good. Not value for money when comparing it to the other properties that we stayed in on our holiday in Scotland and Italy.
A perfect location to make our base for our Scotland trip. Whilst may seem a distance from the main attractions of Edinburgh, we were 1 min from #11 Bus Loop. Buses came every 10 mins and dropped us either near the Tram connection or straight to St Andrew Square (20mins). ASDA Shopping centre 5-10min walk. Restaurants and Pub 5-10min walk. Comfy Sofas and Comfy beds to rest after long days. Property manager was excellent with communication and assistance with any problems we experienced. Enjoyed our stay.
A friendly welcome started off our stay here.
Host was very accommodating to requests for extra towels. Was fantastic to have a washing machine and drying racks as we were here for two weeks.
Very close to bus into the city and the tram. I’d recommend walking to tram station to get into town as it’s a lot quicker than the bus!
Advertising being close to David Lloyd gym a little redundant unless you are a member or know a member as they don’t offer casual or day passes. Leith Victoria swim centre a few tram stops away though.
Pub down the end of the road has an indoor kids play area (small charge) but kept our daughter happy!
Would recommend staying here.

On the positive side, the contact with the host and the underground parking garage should be emphasized. Unfortunately, the apartment was in a very poor condition. The kitchen was dirty and the smell there was unpleasant. Furthermore, the windows were broken and could not be opened to ventilate the smell. There is already mold in the bedroom because of this. We were glad when we were able to leave again.
However, the location is good. The apartment needs some maintenance so that the price-performance ratio is right again.

Reasonable property but although comfortable enough needs some TLC. When we arrived the dishwasher was very dirty so we had to clean the filters & also get a dishwasher cleaner before we would use it. Then we found the plates were contaminated with food from previous occupants so we ended up washing all the crockery, glasses & cutlery before using it. Unfortunately the main bedroom & kitchen windows were broke & wouldn’t open plus the heaters in the bathroom & hallway didn’t work. The only other complaint was the sink leaked in the bathroom. Overall I would give it 5/10

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern unterwegs und haben 2 Nächte in dieser sehr schönen und großen Wohnung verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In den Schlafzimmern gab es jeweils in Doppelbett, so dass unser Sohn auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen hat. Diese war leider nicht ganz so bequem, aber für 2 Nächte völlig ok! Die 2 Badezimmer waren für uns 5 ein Highlight, so dass wir uns nicht in die Quere kamen.
Die Kommunikation mit Manal und der Check-in haben reibungslos geklappt. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Die Wohnung liegt in Newhaven, das ist außerhalb von Edinburgh. Aber das Zentrum ist wunderbar mit dem Bus (ca. 20/25 Minuten) zu erreichen. An einem Abend haben wir sehr lecker in einem Fischrestaurant unweit der Wohnung gegessen mit Blick auf dem Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Toll! Den anderen Abend haben wir in Edinburgh verbracht.
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!!!
