The house is in Via Gino Cuccuini, 1 to 50 meters from the famous Piazza Giacomo Matteotti in Greve full of restaurants and shops with local products
The house is divided into two apartments the first is where I live, the other on the ground floor is 55 meters with a double bedroom a living room with sofa bed a kitchen and a lot of outdoor garden with barbecue for dining, reading, relaxing ... ...
Do not underestimate the private parking !!! furnished with care, TV with satellite, fireplace and independent heating system
The location is excellent for all trips and excursions in the Chianti area, in the Fiorentino area and in the Siena area, since Greve is half way along the Chiantigiana road that connects Florence and Siena.

Comfortable apartment in lovely town

Simone’s apartment is clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The patio overlooks a lovely garden, which we used for meals, drinks and reading. The apartment is a short walk to the main piazza and supermarket. Simone was a most accommodating host. The parking spot and nearby laundry were an added bonus.

Great stay in Chianti, positioned well as your base for excursions around Chianti.

We had a great stay in Simones appartment. It had everything we could wish for. Everything working well and even a private parking place right outside the door. This is very nice in a small town like Greve in Chianti. Simone is a great host, very service minded and helped us at once if we had any questions about anything. We would highly recond the place .

Fantastic apartment in the heart og Greve😊

It was a really nice apartment, good space and very well located in the center of Greve. There was parking for the car. The breakfast that we made ourselves was eaten on one of the terraces in the sun. the other terrace was in a little shade with the olive trees in a small very well-kept garden. Simone, our landlord, is one of the nicest people - and we can only recommend the place warmly and next time our stay will be longer. A good place to drive from.

Beautiful Property and Helpful Owner

This property is very nicely situated in Greve with quick walking access to the town’s main piazza and stores. Simone, the owner, was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and assisted us as foreigners adapting to life in Italy (mostly electrical)! “La casina” was very clean and well appointed. The only negative was laundry is not in the unit, but a lavanderia (laundry) with both self- and full-service is 25 meters away and the first shop you pass on your way to the piazza. We miss La Casina, Simone and Greve already!

Superb Location!

Firstly, I'd like to say that Simone is an extremely genial and relaxed host. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. The apartment is in a superb location, with Piazza Matteotti literally a five minute stroll down the street. We are frequent visitors to the area and being so centrally located made a nice change (being able to indulge in the vino and walk home was great!). We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends! :-)
