My name is Panayiotis and i am a happily married guy, my wife's name is Polina and together we have a beautiful nearly 3 years old daughter,our sweet trouble :) who i admit i am deeply in love with!

We both love traveling a lot and see different places,meet new people and cultures ,we try to visit 2-3 new destinations every year.

My moto in anything I do in my life is to always try to over deliver and this is what I intend to do when you visit our apartment. I do not see myself as someone who is simply renting out his apartment for holidays but more like someone who is representing his country and his hometown when he do so, I want when your holidays are over and it’s time to go back to your country to feel that this “Cypriot Guy” did everything humanly possible to serve you well and make your holidays the best experience you ever had.

What to expect from me as a host?
To be available for you in anything you may need during your stay 24/7 :) , upon your booking I will contact you to provide me with additional information in regards to your arrival and departure, whenever possible i ll personal come to pick you up or i can arrange for a taxi waiting for you.

But this is not only it, upon booking you will be asked to provide us with more information as far what type of traveler you are and what you are looking from your holidays then we can propose you or even arrange for you custom made recommendations tailored to your own needs making your holiday experiences unforgivable...

My personal bet for every guest coming to our apartment is to make their trip a " Dream Trip"!

As I mentioned in the beginning…I am not a just a normal host I am something more than that ;)

Before i decide which i apartment to buy i probably viewed nearly 100 apartments:) I can honestly say that by the time i stepped in the complex where the property is located i really got in loved with the place :) The architect of the complex (8 x 2 story apartments in each side-see photos to get a better understanding) in conjuction with the beautiful garden landscaping, the quiet in the complex and the beautiful swimming pool seems to bind so harmonically all together! As we were walking with the agent to show me the apartment that was for sale in this amazing complex i was silently thinking inside of me and hoping actually that the apartment is half nice like the outside :) and i am buying it!

The agent opened the door and i stepped in...i stood there stairring this open plan spacious living room for a few seconds, i already knew that this is the property i was looking for but i didnt say anything until i view the whole place..We went to the 2 bedrooms, everything good there also :) then we went out to the veranda which was overlooking the beautiful garden landscaping of the complex and the swimming pool just below of it, this when i turned to the agent and said "i want to buy this property"
I hope you feel the exact same feelings like i did when you first visit our place!

• The swimming pool is never overcrowded since the apartment owners’ use them as vacation homes and not everyone come at the same time.

• 200m from the complex you can find 2 convenient stores that can cover you every day needs.
• 3 minutes walk there are the 3 bus stops that can take you literally anywhere you want within paphos.
• 9 minutes walk and you are in the coastline of Kato Paphos with the dozens of amenities
• 11 minutes walk and you are in the famous beaches of “Alyki and the Municipal Baths”. From there you can follow a pedestrian road just next to the sea where you can find more organized beaches where you can have the bath, but plenty of people from all ages walk there since it's so refreshing, I do it all the time :)
• 15 minutes Walk and you will find yourself to the biggest mall of Cyprus, the “KINGS AVENUE MALL”, with a variety of famous brands to do your shopping therapy!
• 15 minutes walk and you will be in the “Land of the Kings Avenue” , a tourism area with plenty of amenities, including “Lighthouse Beach” a blue flag award beach ,restaurants, pubs, patisseries etc. You can also visit the archaeological park “Tombs of the Kings”.
