Our 2nd visit to sunrise villa and it was as wonderful as last time. Fantastic location close to beach and shops. Will be hoping to book again for next year.

Superb Villa with views to die for.

Villa was even better than the on line pictures. Fantastic view of the sea, 5 min walk to Coral Bay Beach, 5 min walk to all the restaurants & shops - we never used our hire car during our weeks stay. Villa was clean, well equipped and the water pressure in the shower was great. The pool was bigger than expected as well. The arrival pack sent out before we arrived had everything you needed to find the villa and operate all the electrics, air on etc. The villa offers everything you would want for a relaxing stay. We would definitely use again next time we go to Coral Bay.

Fantastic location and villa

What an amazing place to stay with incredible views . The pool was perfect with higher sides and shallow ends , ideal for our kids age 8 and 10 . The property itself is well kitted out with very comfortable beds. Maryā€™s communication and details were spot on and although we didnā€™t need to contact her for anything during our stay you had the feeling that she would be happy and willing to help you out and offer advice on top attractions etc . Canā€™t recommend sunrise villa enough !

Fantastic villa

Just returned from Paphos after 10 relaxing days. Amazing villa brilliant location with good size swimming pool and wonderful sea views. No need to hire a car as everything you need is very close, 10 minutes to Coral bay beach, sandy and good for a swim. Bars and restaurants 5minutes walk, with many different choices of cuisine. Excellent stocked supermarket (Philliposis) 8 mins away. Bus stop on main road, very frequent service into Paphos, only 1.5 euro fare !! Host Mary was extremely friendly and helpful (We had to move the trip 3 times because of COVID) she was very accomodating with the changes. Have already booked again for next year. Excellent value.

We found a little gem in Coral Bay

C2 Sunrise Villa in Coral Bay was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and furnished to a high standard, everything you could need was right there. From the moment you enter the front door you feel at home, and are blown away by the view of the entire bay. Our host Mary was lovely, she was very helpful with any questions we had, and it was great to meet her in person. Very close to Coral Bay beach and all the bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Would we book this villa again? Yes, without a doubt. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Best week of 2020

We booked last minute with no idea if we would ever get to Cyprus, owner was super helpful with information on the red tape needed and flexibility. The villa is lovely, more spacious than anticipated, with a view we couldn't get enough of. As the weather had been hot all month, the pool was warm enough to swim every day at the end of October, and we had the added bonus of no neighbours, as it is joined on both sides. We will definitely consider coming back, let's see what 2021 has in store!

This property is in an excellent location. A short 5 minute walk to the lovely shops, bars and restaurants. Only a short walk to the beach. Absolutely stunning views from the pool and balconyā€™s. Clean and spacious - couldnā€™t wish for more!

Great House and Location

Just returned after spending 9 days at this lovely house. Having stayed in a few villas/houses with pools in Cyprus we found this one to be by far the best. Every home comfort was catered for and the outside space was beautiful. Amazing views from the pool straight out onto the sea. The bathroom was lovely and looked new, only down side was there was no bath and our little boy missed his baths. Location was excellent, 10 min stroll into Coral Bay but just far enough to be in a peaceful location. You donā€™t need a car if staying here, however, if you want to explore Paphos then I recommend a car. We also went to the water park in Paphos which was excellent value for money and our little boy had ā€œthe best dayā€. We had a couple of small issues while staying here and the owner Mary was so attentive and rectified everything immediately, she was so lovely to deal with. Would definately recommend this house šŸ˜Š

Simply amazing!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this Villa for a week and itā€™s been amazing! Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Bed is so comfortable. The swimming pool was great with amazing views of the coast. Itā€™s a short walk away from all the restaurants, shops and bars. The amazing Coral beach is within walking distance . Buses into Paphos Harbour run every 10 minutes and are literally within a 10 minute walk. We would recommend the Italian on the strip by the roundabout for the most amazing food. Romantic and tranquil.

Lovely location, great views and top villa. Close to the strip but far enough away to be peaceful and private. Great owners and easy to deal with. This villa will be the first we look for on returning to Coral Bay.

Wonderful summer holiday with the kids

This was out first villa holiday with the children and we all loved it. The views are spectacular and the location extremely well located for all the local amenities and attractions. The boys spent a lot of time in the pool which gave us time to relax and enjoy the views. The villa itself had everything we needed albeit a little dated. However, that did not take anything away from us having a wonderful holiday. We would definitely recommend this villa and would certainly go back for another visit.

Beautiful views

We had a lovely relaxing week at the villa. Everything was in walking distance and so we didnā€™t need to hire a car which was ideal. The pool was the perfect size for cooling down and having a splash around. As other reviewers have mentioned, Mary is really helpful and very responsive to any queries and arranging taxis to and from the airport. Iā€™d like to return one day!

Outstanding views, relaxing and quiet with everything you need a short stroll away..

Fantastic villa situated in a very quiet area 3 mins from a dip in the sea and 4 mins up a straight hill to the shops and restaurants. The villa itself is equipped with everything you could and will need for a functioning home should you decide to cook and bbq. The bedrooms are a good size with air conditioning, copious amount of wardrobe/drawer space and a view that is simply stunning with a balcony. Lying in bed at night with the patio doors open hearing the sea was so relaxing. Eating can be done indoors at the dining room table which also has air conditioning or outdoors with the outdoor crockery at the table there. The pool area has beautiful views and at the weekend thereā€™s fireworks at paphos harbour that you can see from the villa. The pool itself is a perfect size for a family and very welcoming if you can manage to sunbathe for long as itā€™s particularly hot in July/August. The pool area, sound of the sea and views whilst outside made this villa exceptional in my opinion. Indoors in the lounge area should you decide to watch tv then you can log into your Netflix and binge watch to your hearts desire. Or maybe thatā€™s just what 14 year olds do, anyway he was happy and I could enjoy the garden with my daughter when she was not on her phone as there is also WiFi lol. You could easily manage here without a car should you wish. The main cheapest supermarket Philipos is a ten min walk which is great unless you buy too much obviously. Carrying heavy bags in blistering heat is not a smart move! The villa has a private driveway so you can park the car right at the door, which we did. Overall we enjoyed staying here very much and will most definitely return should there be dates available. Communication with Mary the owner prior to and during our stay was outstanding with her recommendations, suggestions and knowledge. 5*****

Excellent communication from Mary from start to finish...... Made our booking experience simple.... Villa was perfect in every way. Perfect location,peacful and relaxing.... Within easy walking to main strip and beach. Villa has all you need for a perfect holiday..... Our first visit to coral Bay made extremely special as the very romantic evening in the garden listening to the sea relaxing in the lovely garden led to my partner proposing ā¤ļø......

Home from home

Mary's communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. The villa itself was immaculate and has everything you will ever need. The view you wake up to in the morning is fabulous and the pool gets the sun until in the evening. In terms of location its a 10 minute walk from numerous restaraunts and bars and within another 5 minutes there is a huge supermarket. Relaxing stay in a beatiful villa that is well worth a visit. We will be back :-)

Great views, great position

The villa had everything we needed and was only a short walk from the main strip. Mary was very nice and helpful popping in to see if everything was ok. Only small downside the beds are not the most comfortable, however as we have read this on other reviews we took mattress toppers with us so we were fine.

Lovely villa. Relaxing and peaceful with great views

This holiday provided everything we were hoping for. So peaceful and relaxing. Great to be able to swim in our own pool and lovely to sit on the patio at the end of the garden with a g&t watching the sun set. Thank you Mary for being so helpful, not only booking our taxis but also being on hand to answer all the questions I had! We will be back next year

Fabulous views, beautiful villa

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the villa and it didn't disappoint. The views are incredible, we ate dinner most nights on the patio at the end of the garden, listening to the sea, bliss! The villa itself is lovely, very clean and well presented and the welcome pack and tea and coffee was a lovely touch. The lounge and dining area are very modern and comfortable.There are a couple of things that would improve it even more- the bathroom is desperately dated and the shower is pitiful- we used the outdoor one its far better. Also the patio furniture is very used and needs replacing, a couple of the plastic chairs were cracked and broken and the pool lounger cushions were very old and worn. However the views from the bedroom balconies more than made up for this, having stayed in Coral Bay several times this is definitely the best location there is. Highly recommend a visit to Yiannos tavern if you've hired a car- its a few minutes drive and a fabulous location for lunch or dinner by the sea.
