Fantastic house in a fantastic city
The house is beautiful and has all the bells and whistles that you can imagine. Location is great as well, short walk to the beach and shops, and a quick bicycle ride to Palma city (several bicycles at the house you can borrow).
The owners are very helpful as well.
All in all a fantastic place that I would love to revisit!
Living in paradise
We spend one week in the Villa with five people and it was a fantastic week. Thank you, Margalida and Manel for the more than warm welcome and all the help (incl. the filled fridge which helped us a lot to make it on sunday evening and monday morning for breakfast) you offered in case we´d have problems (which didn´t occur). The Villa is placed perfect, supermarkets and restaurants all around in a walking distance, the beach 200 meters away, the complete facility in a perfect shape. We definitely plan to come back next year. Again our thanks to you, Margalida and Manel, see you next year. Cheers Ulrich

Brilliant Villa Highly Recommended
Really great villa that we stayed in over half term, we didn't bother with car hire as we were there just a short week. The beach is a few minutes walk away, in the opposite direction supermarket also a few minutes walk away. Villa has lots of bikes for all ages and Palma centre is about 20 minutes cycle ride away down a sea front cycle path. Good restaurants all within walking distance...we were 1o so Villa was great for our party size, we would go back again...the management were really helpful and fantastic...had a problem with the washing machine and dryer while we were there and new ones arrived the same day!!! Lovely Villa and perfect location
This was an extremely well located villa. We have traveled to Majorca many times, and hadn't explored this side of Palma. The cycle routes and pathways made it really easy to access Palma old town (15 mins cycle) or the other way to Puro Beach (12 mins). Its literally 2/3 mins walk from a supermarket, or 5 mins drive to a bigger hypermarket.
The villa is very well equipped in the kitchen, BBQ, Buggy, Cot, Bikes for adults/small children and baby seats, lots of seating options etc.
The villa itself is very impressive, and even with a toddler and baby it was great as the owners fitted stairs gates in and outside for us.
A couple of things to consider if you look to book this villa (we will definitely be looking to do so!), to see if the villa can be cleaned mid week - due to the white and open plan nature with a lot of people it could do with a refresh. There were facilities to wash towels etc, but always nice for it to be done on holiday. Also, 2 of the rooms upstairs were linked - ideal if you have smaller children, but tricky for 2 couples.
Overall a lovely villa, with extremely helpful owners and I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic villa
Had a wonderful stay at villa Marina Cristal.It has everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. In a perfect location,many bars and restaurants nearby also very close to centre of Palma. The villa is spacious and tastefully decorated. Outside theres a wonderful large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Pool area is very private. The owners were extremely helpful and very friendly,nothing too much trouble. I would definately recommend this villa and hope to return next year with family members for an anniversary celebration.

The luxurious Villa of new construction and minimalist style is located in Palma, capital of the Balearic Islands on the island of Mallorca. It is only 4 km (a 10 minutes’ drive) from the town center of Palma, 4 km from the airport and 150 meters from the Beach. It is close to a 5 km long cycle lane boulevard and a 36,000 m2 park.
