This spacious one bedroom apartment is located near the beach in the centre of Bournemouth, within the stunning new luxury seafront development called East Coast, just a 4 minute stroll from Bournemouth Pier and the 7 miles of continuous golden sands. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, and a modern bathroom. The apartment benefits from a terrace area which is accessed from the lounge where the wonderful blue sea of the Solent is visible, and below the building you will have the benefit of a secure underground parking bay, accessed by stairs or by passenger lift.

Luxury Bournemouth

Beautiful apartment in perfect location. If you want to eat out every day or fully self cater you will be very happy here as facilities for self catering are far superior to anywhere we've stayed previously. The bed is so comfy I wanted to take it home. Overall great apartment, great location and parking and an owner who communicates really well. What's not to enjoy.
