Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed.



This property is located in a quiet residential area, with neighbours on both sides. Parties or celebrations of any kind are forbidden, as well as noise that could cause a nuisance. Musical devices such as loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.



Beautiful villa with 5 bright bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a cosy fireplace, television and a delicate decoration. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and has a dining area. Outside there is furniture, sun loungers and a parasol to relax by the private swimming pool, enjoying unbeatable views of the mountains.



Ses Palmeres is an ideal place for families, just a 10-minute drive from Arenal, Mallorca's most famous tourist area. Just a few kilometres away you will also find some of the best beaches and coves of the island. This property offers a perfect location to enjoy privacy but also be close to all the attractions that Mallorca has to offer.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the guests with the necessary fans.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

It´s a very nice place

It´s a very nice place. We were a bit sad about the noise regulation -since we were not allowed to play some music-, but the grate house make it worth it. It is just as shown on the pictures big enoug for 10 persons. Location is very practical, outside the city crazynes but not that far by car but also reachable with the bus. Comunication with the Host was very good, we got good and fast answer every time. I would stay there again. -

Great place We loved the location, the backyard and the swimming pool. Some things we didn't like - No air conditioning -to be fair, that's explicitly stated in the description - There was a power outage for one hour on Saturday evening. All the fuses were set correctly so it's a bit mysterious what went wrong. -

The hosts were very responsive and very responsible. The main issue with the place is the lack of air conditioning during the summer months. The nights were unbearable. Overall, I am thankful though, it was nice to have an water cooler available, very professional and all the towels etc, the pool was clean and had a great temperature and the instructions were clear. -

Es gab kein Fahrrad weg

Im großen und gabzen ist war die Villa toll. Die Lage ist für nicht gut gewesen, da wir zun Party machen dort waren und daher mussten wir 20min mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Es gab keinen Fahrrad weg und wir mussten neben einer gefährlicher Hauptstarße fahren.

Séjour très moyen .

Nous avons retrouvé des morceaux de verre dans la piscine et autour de la piscine . Les lits n’était pas du tout confortable , vétuste et rouillé. A notre arrivée , il y avait 14 bouteille de bière et 1 bouteille d’eau , arriver à 23h à la villa avec 2 enfant en bas âge, nous avons dû absolument trouvé de l’eau dans une station service . Dans le règlement il était notifié qu’il était interdit de mettre de la musique et de faire du bruit sur la terrasse . Nous l’avons respecté, par contre les voisins n’était pas silencieux du tout , perruche sur la terrasse qui piaille le matin tôt , chien qui aboi toute la nuit , travaux constant chez le voisin d’en face . Nous avons egalement eu une multitude de coupure électrique , évier qui fuit dans la cuisine. Très cher pour le standing de la villa .

Только вернулись с этого дома всё очень понравилось.Хороший бассейн и чистый большой дом.Всё есть для камфортного проживания большой семьи.Спасибо хозяинам за хороший приём встретили нас с угощениями,было очень приятно. Рекомендую. -

Honestly an incredible trip in Majorca. The Villa is perfectly located, near Palma, Arenaleven Magaluf by car. If you want to get some rest the pool and the environment are perfect. Only little thing is the water cooling on the house is a bit low so hard and long to take showers from the floor. But without this thing, everything from communication, reactivity and awareness to cleaning had been very good ! Thanks Portic :) -

Schönes Objekt, was aber leider recht heruntergewohnt ist. Viele Schalter funktionieren nicht, Fenster und Türen schließen teilweise nicht richtig, Betten recht unbequem und knarren, Zubehör passt teilweise nicht (Grill), Ameisen, Wasserdruck in den Duschen, etc.

Die Toilettenspülung hatte nicht mehr funktioniert und wir hatten außerdem kein Wasser mehr, besser gesagt sehr minimal. Wir könnten nicht duschen. Es kann natürlich sowas vorkommen. Aber Repariert wurde alles nicht sofort und nicht am nächsten Tag, sondern nach 2 Tagen! Das war sehr enttäuschend! -

Awesome stay!

Pool and backyard is amazing. Provided towels for each person which was really kind and helped tremendously. House is very clean and neat. Did not even try to watch tv as we were always so busy doing other things. Can do nearly anything within a 20 minute ride. Rented a car which I believe was a must. Overall perfect house for a vacation and would stay again. -

Toller Pool, viel Platz, klasse Kühlschrank. Die Lage der Siedlung ist in Ordnung, leider aber ohne Supermarkt/ Restaurant. Leider Nervige Nachbarn. Ansonsten ein super Urlaub!

Sehr schön, gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hauses ist gut da sie in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung ist. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und in etwas gebrauchten aber tadellosen Zustand. Klimaanlage könnte nicht schaden.
