Näset 4 Green Cabin in Småland with boat

A perfect vacation getaway in a privately situated cabin in the Småland woods with private access to a beautiful and quiet lake near Vimmerby, Lönneberga, and Hultsfred. Free use of boat with paddles during your stay.

In the cabin, you will find ammenities such as:

It has it's own parking space. It has private access to the lake with a dock where guests can sunbathe and swim with privacy. Guests can bring their bicycles, kayaks, boats and other equipment, EXCEPT jetskis.

Enjoy to its fullest the Swedish right to public access called Allemansrätten or "Freedom to roam". Anyone can go to the forest and pick blueberries, lingonberries, raspberries, and mushrooms among others during summer and fall. Enjoy madness in the vast thick forest.

You can also take the boat out to the lake and visit nearby small islands or just look at beautiful Swedish summer houses around the lake.

If fishing or crafish fishing is of interest, fishing or crayfish-fishing cards are required. Please contact us for more information.

Location:
The property is in Brunsviks Gård, an old forest estate. The Lönnebergaleden trail, a 55-kilometer distance between the east coast and Sevedeleden, is very near the cabin.
Nearest grocery shops (ICA, Willys, Coop, Net, SystemBolaget), bank (Handelsbanken), pharmacy, hair salon, restaurants, pizzeria and other shops are in Hultsfred Center which is about 13km away by car. Astrid Lindgren World where you can see the famous character Pippi Longstocking, other shops, and restaurants are in Vimmerby which is about 27 kms. by car. Emil i Lönneberga is about 20 kms away.
Getting around
Car is highly recommended since that is the only way to get here and around.

House Rules
Guests are not allowed to wear outdoor shoes in the house. No pets allowed. Guests take care of the cleaning especially taking out trash. Keep the property clean and orderly. In any case that guests do not have time to clean before checkout or leave the place untidy, they can opt for a cleaning fee to be paid on site and in Swedish Kronor. Please let us know ahead of time.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. You also have private access to the bathing place by the lake Nerbjärken, the forest, wide parking space, and visit little islands in the lake Nerbjärken.

Ruheoase am See

Wir haben die Tage im Haus und der Umgebung sehr genossen. Es gibt sehr viele nahe gelegene Ausflugsziele, die auch bei Schlechtwetter besucht werden können. Aufgrund des kühlen Wetters waren wir sehr froh einen Holzofen im Haus zu haben, der hat die Abende sehr gemütlich gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders haben wir die vorhandenen Vorräte an Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen sowie die gut ausgestattete Küche geschätzt. Die Lage direkt am See im Wald ist traumhaft und wir haben das vorhandene Ruderboot täglich gerne zum Angeln genutzt. Der Service, die Hilfsbereitschaft und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern waren top! Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus wärmstens weiter!

Das Häuschen liegt traumhaft!!! Wir haben uns sehr erholt!!! Alles um Astrid Lindgren ist sehr gut zu erreichen :-) Leider war nach unserem Empfinden die Ausstattung des Häuschen nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, insbesondere das Bad :-/ (aber natürlich alles ansichtssache) Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen an genialer Lage

Ein wunderschöner Ort, so wie wir es erhofft haben. Mitten in der Natur an einem ruhigen Ort. ca. 50m zum See mit vorhandenem Ruderboot. Auf dem See kann mit Bewilligung gefischt werden. Auch als ungeübte Fischer haben wir ein paar Barsche gefangen. Wir waren auf viele Mücken vorbereitet, haben aber die ganze Woche über keine einzige gesehen :-)

Immer eine Reise wert.

Vermieter/Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei Problemen umgehend am Haus. Das Haus war ok, es fehlte an nichts. Der See ist sehr steinig mit einigen Kanten, als Angler sollte mit ein wenig mehr Equipment angereist werden. Das Haus, die Umgebung/Natur, die Menschen, immer eine Reise wert und nur zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche Frühlingstage an einem traumhaften Ort

Wir haben mit der Familie eine wundervolle Woche im grünen Haus am See verbracht. Die traumhafte Lage im Wald ließ einen sofort entspannen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Kinder erkundeten die Umgebung und freuten sich über die Schaukeln direkt vorm Haus. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit im Boot auf dem wunderschönen See. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden noch lange an diesen traumhaften Urlaub denken!

Auch im Winter eine Reise wert

sehr Schönes Grundstück am See. Alleinlage mit anderen Ferien/Wochenendhäusern hinter Bäumen in einigen Hundert Meter Entfernung, ca 4km unbefestigte Straße, Holz vorher z.B. beim Vermieter organisieren, da die Supermärkte kein Brennholz verkaufen

Herbstwoche

We, a family with two sons 15 and 19, were guests in this wonderful place for 10 days. The location on the lake is a dream for nature lovers, completely secluded with its own access to the lake and rowing boat. Both sons have fished, three pike in 10 days, no idea whether that is a lot or a little, both are beginners. For 6 adults it is perhaps not really suitable due to the two bunk beds, but perfect for families with rather small children. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, very well equipped. Important for many nowadays, WIFI worked without interference. Communication with the owner was nice and easy. Shops can be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes. The last 3 km to the house via a forest path. The bathroom is simply furnished, but with a washing machine and hot shower. For us it was a perfect 10 days.

Toller Erholungsurlaub

Das Haus, der See und die Umgebung sind einfach nur idyllisch. Das Haus/Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig und uneinsehbar. Dennoch sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Das Angeln auf dem See war schwieriger als erwartet, dennoch konnten wir einige Hechte fangen. Auch Waldspaziergänge mit einer enormen Pilzausbeute waren ein toller Zeitvertreib. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, dem können wir the green cabin wärmstens empfehlen. Auch die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr umfangreich, vor allem in der Küche. Sitti Pia ist eine tolle Vermieterin und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Ausnahmslose Weiterempfehlung und 5 ⭐!

Natur pur, unter einem überwältigenden Sternenhimmel!

Wir verlebten wunderschönen 2 Wochen in einem gemütlichen und sehr gut eingerichtetet Ferienhaus. Es mangelte an Nichts und die Vermieterin war bei Fragen immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus steht mitten in der Natur, wer Ruhe sucht , wandern und Pilze suchen möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.Auflüge mit dem Boot sind herrlich ,nur die Fische haben es vermieden zu uns zu kommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Vermieterin, sie war bei der Buchung und nötigen Terminverschiebungen sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Such a nice little house. The house was very clean and in tip top shape. When we arrived everything was handled very professional. We were told where everything was in the house. The location was perfect as we could go on walks everyday and look at the perfect view. Overall an experience we will never forget.

Super Hüttenurlaub!

Diese Hütte ist sehr schön gelegen auf einer kleinen Halbinsel inklusive eigenem Seezugang. Sehr gepflegter Zustand, top ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Kommt man rein, fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind sehr elegeant zu einer Einheit zusammengefasst. Es ist ein Boot zur Nutzung vorhanden. Die Lage ist ein traum, auch wenn es in der weitläufigen Nachbarschaft noch ein paar Häuser gibt. Man kann wunderschön wandern, baden, relaxen und einen genialen Sternenhimmel genießen. Ein kleines schwedisches Paradies, zumal sehr viele interessante Punkte Smalands (Schweden Zipline, Norra Kvill, alle Punkte um und mit Astrid Lindgren, usw. usf) super erreichbar sind. Die Vermiterin ist sehr ungänglich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich möchte sagen, besser und einfacher kann es nicht sein. Nur die sehr aufwendige Mülltrennung (kann der Eigentümer nichts für) ist etwas tricky ;). Für den Schwedenfan ist das auf alle Fälle die richtige Destination!

Sommeruraub 2019 drei schöne Wochen

Das Haus war sehr sauber,und nett eingerichtet.Es gab kein deutsches Fernsehen. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein und haben wenig Stauraum.Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und mit 6 Personen wäre es extrem eng geworden. Ansonsten war das Haus gut ausgestattet mit Staubsauger, Bügelbrett, Putzmittel,Schwimmwesten, Spiele, Am See ist auch eine Feuerstelle wo man schön sitzen kann. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Vermieter sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Our time at the cabin was amazing! The house is perfectly equipped. We even caught some fishes. The pike found a warm place on the grill and was delicious. Thank you for everything. We will come back!!

fantastisk sted

En herlig lille uge i huset ved søen. Roligt og dejligt midt i naturen. Området er vild natur som det formodentligt kun findes i sverige, men rolige søer og dybe, gamle skove. Fantastiske muligheder for bål, vandreture, cykelture, badning, fiskeri og roture i den medhørende båd. Huset er et dejligt hus, med plads til 6. Det er dejligt lyst og ret moderne, med et godt funktionelt køkken - billederne lyver ikke. Pia Sitti var en god vært, som sørgede for at vi var kommet godt på plads og at vi havde det godt, og herefter lod hun os være indtil vi skulle hjem. Vores varmeste anbefalinger.
