In the cabin, you will find ammenities such as:

It has it's own parking space. It has private access to the lake with a dock where guests can sunbathe and swim with privacy. Guests can bring their bicycles, kayaks, boats and other equipment, EXCEPT jetskis.

Enjoy to its fullest the Swedish right to public access called Allemansrätten or "Freedom to roam". Anyone can go to the forest and pick blueberries, lingonberries, raspberries, and mushrooms among others during summer and fall. Enjoy madness in the vast thick forest.

You can also take the boat out to the lake and visit nearby small islands or just look at beautiful Swedish summer houses around the lake.

If fishing or crafish fishing is of interest, fishing or crayfish-fishing cards are required. Please contact us for more information.

Location:
The property is in Brunsviks Gård, an old forest estate. The Lönnebergaleden trail, a 55-kilometer distance between the east coast and Sevedeleden, is very near the cabin.
Nearest grocery shops (ICA, Willys, Coop, Net, SystemBolaget), bank (Handelsbanken), pharmacy, hair salon, restaurants, pizzeria and other shops are in Hultsfred Center which is about 13km away by car. Astrid Lindgren World where you can see the famous character Pippi Longstocking, other shops, and restaurants are in Vimmerby which is about 27 kms. by car. Emil i Lönneberga is about 20 kms away.
Getting around
Car is highly recommended since that is the only way to get here and around.

House Rules
Guests are not allowed to wear outdoor shoes in the house. No pets allowed. Guests take care of the cleaning especially taking out trash. Keep the property clean and orderly. In any case that guests do not have time to clean before checkout or leave the place untidy, they can opt for a cleaning fee to be paid on site and in Swedish Kronor. Please let us know ahead of time.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. You also have private access to the bathing place by the lake Nerbjärken, the forest, wide parking space, and visit little islands in the lake Nerbjärken.
