5* Luxury Over 2 Floors, Comfortably Sleeping 6 In 3 Double Bedrooms, Terrace
The Penthouse at Le Cesar is a very comfortable place to stay! With 3 double bedrooms to hotel standard, of which 2 have glass ceilings with retractable ceiling blinds...sleeping under the stars is an experience! There is a family bathroom, an en-suite and a further cloakroom. All rooms have sliding wardrobes and air-conditioning. The beautiful lounge with dining area, sumptuous cream Italian leather sofa for 6 and oh so comfortable pony skin lounger is all for relaxing and watching a good film on SKY or DVD Connect your computer to wifi and stay in touch with family and friends. The love seat on the front balcony is for lovers only, all others can sit around the table and take in the view! The Italian kitchen has everything you may wish for! Large American fridge/freezer with ice and cold filtered water. An electric hob, char grill, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The spiral staircase on the back balcony leads to a roof terrace, where you will find everything you need to relax. Bring up your plates, cutlery , drinks and food and the electric BBQ is there to do the cooking for you.... with a little help of course....
Some people never leave! The private roof terrace and adjoining garden with fruit trees is so relaxing with comfortable sun loungers and nice thick cushions,a neck cushion for comfort and large towels, it is hard to get up. Plenty of umbrellas and a shower in case you need to cool down. Dining for 6 under a huge umbrella with stunning sea views is a must! Just light the BBQ and have drinks on the barstools, admiring the coastline as far as Italy, see the cruise liners come and go and dream on. Switch on the terrace lights when it goes dark and you have a truly magical place.
The apartment is in two wings off the hallway, great for people with children. No need to disturb each other and great to have your own space to relax in.
Of course there is so much to do and see in Monaco and The French Riviera, it is hard to fit it all in. Public transport is fantastic, so really no need for a car. There is free, secure, car parking available if you need it. The bus stop outside, 12 bus, takes you all over Beausoleil and Monaco. At Casino Square you can change to all other buses going to the Airport, Menton, Nice and all local bus routes. No need to walk anywhere if you don't want to.
Of course the train will take you right along this beautiful coast, hop on, hop off stop in every town, a new beach every day!.
The best advice I can give you is to come and see for yourself, you won't regret it!

Lovely property with breath taking views. Was truly able to relax and bond as a family.
Thank you Robert, so glad you enjoyed our luxurious home from home ....
The apartment is beautifully appointed and well-equipped. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the great views. Very convenient position.
Lovely apartment in good location
The apartment is well maintained and in a good location for seeing Monaco. Sarah was very helpful providing fridge supplies (milk and wine!) on arrival, as the shops were shut, as well as offering recommendations on places to eat. The train service across the coast is very good and well priced making trips to Italy and Nice quick and easy. I would thoroughly recommend staying in this apartment for visiting any locations across the south coast, with Monaco a few minutes walk away.
Luxurious property with stunning views!
My husband and I have enjoyed another wonderful stay in this luxurious penthouse, we never tire of the fabulous views of the harbour whilst sipping cold champagne by the barbque on the roof terrace. We love the walk down to the harbour through all of the pristine streets of Monaco, then through Casino square (with the obligatory drink at Cafe De Paris) over to the beach for lunch. Thankfully the buses are fantastic and stop right outside the apartment, they run regularly during the day and then move to a night schedule. Once the sun goes down, we spent our evenings in the love seat on the balcony with lovely Tassimo coffee watching Monaco nightlife come alive. With Monaco being so confined it's not easy to find an apartment with so much space. Sarah is wonderful, she simply couldn't do enough for us, even though we have been before, she knows what's on and anything new. We will certainly be returning many more times!
It is always lovely to see returning guests who really appreciate all that Penthouse Le Cesar has to offer..... we are looking forward to welcoming you again in the near future.
Definitely not Luxury
There are many things that need improving but before I go into that I would like to point out that the condo is not in Monaco , it is actually located in Beausoleil. Yes if you read the fine print it points that out but be aware . Also the number 12 bus stops at 8 pm and if you are not in good shape it can a very hard trek - it is also not on the main bus system, so you need to buy 2 sets of bus tickets , again be aware . The condo is cluttered and needs work . I will start with the kitchen the fridge never did give us ice, also the coffee machine was a problem . The ventilation above the stove made grilling impossible so use the grill upstairs . The air-conditioning was hit and miss sometimes it worked in some rooms and sometimes not . The washing machine in the kitchen was very useful unfortunately the dryer was in the bedroom and we could not use it due to the dryer making the bedroom and the one beside it unbearably hot . The worst is the door locks - if you close the door it will lock you out of the condo if you don't pay attention . Isn't it the point of vacation to relax and pay less attention ? I suggest if you want to advertise this condo as Luxury a redo is needed and please be a little more clear about the area it's in .
We are very sorry that the property did not meet with your expectations. Beausoleil and Monaco are entwined and as such the supermarket on the right with a bus stop outside only 5 minutes away is in Monaco and the one on the left is in Beausoleil ,although much closer to the Monaco train station .C'est la vie!
Bus fare 1.50€
Penthouse Le Cesar is a home from home, appreciated by our guests who do not want a basic holiday let. Security is taken seriously in this part of the world and Sarah reacted promptly when you were locked out late at night as she is always on hand to make everybody's stay troublefree, even unlocking the ice machine....
Great stay in French Riviera
The property was amazing. In the warm weather we were able to take full advantage of the balconies to have our meals and drink our drinks. Great view of Monaco and the marina with the amazing yachts.
We were well positioned to take the train and visit other places such as Vintimiglia, Cannes and Nice.
300 days of sunshine is a good start wanting to spend time here. With the glamour and glitz of Monaco on your doorstep, wouldn’t it be exciting to rub shoulders with the rich and famous! Watch the world go by on Casino Square, rent a Ferrari and drive the Monaco Grand Prix track, shop in Chanel and Dior and have lunch on the Larvotte Beach. After that, go to Port d'Hercole, the main harbour, and feast your eyes on all the Superyachts right in front of you. A fantastic place to spend an afternoon is on The Rock, where the Palace is. Watch the change of the guard, go to the museum and do the Grace Kelly story. Don't forget to visit the church where Grace Kelly and Prince Ranier were buried. On top of that, there are fantastic concerts, the open air Olympic swimming pool, golf, tennis, sailing. The Botanic Gardens and Japanese gardens are stunning! That is before you leave town. The whole of the French Riviera is on your doorstep! Walk to the stunning railway station and trains leave every half hour stopping in every town on the line, Nice, Cannes, Grasse and Ventimiglia in Italy. The journey alone is very picturesque!. And to top that, in Winter there are great ski resorts, only about an hour away by car! What is there not to like!
