Apartment with garden for 4 people 50m from the Metro A and the bus stop. 10 minutes from the Vatican Museums.
The apartment is equipped with Wifi, air conditioning, heating, sheets and towels

We have divided a large, very bright apartment into 3 delightful and refined apartments, 2 two-room apartments and an open space, absolutely independent of each other.
Each apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, area for preparing meals and its own outdoor space! They have real parquet and air conditioning in all rooms, Wifi is free and the service includes sheets and towels.
They are located on a private road, in a small private condominium with a garden and even if they are only 70 meters from the area with shops and services, they enjoy tranquility and silence. They are all equipped with washing machine, coffee machine, TV, iron, phone and all the utilities to prepare your own meals.

Ideal for 2 people and is composed as follows:

- A living room, with table and 4 chairs, TV
- double bedroom with wardrobe
- bathroom with a large walk-in shower
- garden with table for 4 people

In case you wish, we can offer the following services:
- Pick up from / to the airport
- In house dinners with personal chef
- Tours of Rome and other cities

!! ENTRY TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30!! For entry from 10pm to 12.30am a supplement of €50 will be applied.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEREFORE BE ASKED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) and the cleaning costs of € 85 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 35 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- PARKING IS SUBJECT TO REQUEST!!!

- the travel cot is on request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.

Easy to contact and great access to Rome

Arrival on the agreed time and date was easy. Provided codes to us using VRBO messaging. With WhatsApp good communication. Nice gift to us. The apartment was clean and has everything we needed. Very close to metro and 49 bus as well perfectly situated. 2 minutes walk to either. Great restaurants around we particularly like Joseph Restaurant. Grocery stores abundant. Did not need a/c that much as shutters keep out heat.

Away from Tourist Mayhem

The property is an excellent small apartment for two people. The property managers were very helpful throughout the check-in process which is all on-line. The location is really good. Close to a metro station which we used to and from Rome Termini and for day trips. Also being away from the main busy tourist location is nice. Good to experience the local Rome.

A cosy home away from home

This apartment was a perfect base for exploring Rome. We loved that it was in a regular Roman neighborhood. Noisy, crowded, busy, but the apartment was quiet. Our host was very responsive and helpful. One of us got ill while there and they were very helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is better instructions on how to turn on the lights in the apartment and how to work the induction cooktop. An excellent stay. Thank you!

L’appartamento risulta “ad un tiro di schioppo” dalla metro A “Baldo dei Ubaldi”. Pulito, essenziale e semplice con tutti i confort necessari. The apartment was very nice, clean and close to banks and restaurants. The keys were not marked which caused some confusion to weary travelers.

Great Effiency Flat

Well worth the money. Clean, Well equipped and maintained. Good Air conditioning and Wi-Fi. 4 minute walk to Metro stop and bus stop. Riccardo is very professional and accommodating. Would definaty stay here again.

Nice neighborhood!

The manager has a wonderful system to check-in and get your keys. We never actually met them. However we had to cut our first day short because our vehicle did not fit in the parking spot in the garage we were given so we parked on the road. Once in Rome we found out we could not park there and had to come back for the day to move the vehicle so it would not be towed. Make sure to get specific information on parking if you have a medium vehicle. There are markets, restaurants, and cafes around the location and the metro is one block away. It was easy to get around town on the metro. Nice location just watch for parking. Make sure to have extra Euro on top of the daily rate for cleaning as well. The manager was great about communicating this in the messages.

perfect stay

Very cozy apartment in safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the convenient location near the metro station, supermarkets and coffee/food places. Riccardo and team are welcoming and very helpful hosts. Thank you, we'll be back!

Rome Stay for Touring

The Apartment was nice. We really appreciated having a washer and basic kitchen needs. The bed was comfortable for the two adults. The sofa was fine for 6 year old but an adult or teenager may struggle. Grocery close by. metro very close as well.loved having the little garden area. The owner was very helpful and timely with response.

Lovely apartment

Communication from the owner is first class. The apartment was very clean. Facilities were good. Wi fi was excellent. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Good location for easy access to metro. Local supermarkets and shops within easy reach.

Süße Wohnung mit kleiner Terrasse

Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht zentral, aber hat eine Metro in direkter Nähe, mit der man in ca. 10 Min an der Piazza del Popolo ist. Schön ist der kleine Vorgarten, man sitzt unter Palmen und kann sich vom Trubel der Stadt erholen. Für 2 ist die Wohnung perfekt! Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern da (6/10 Jahre), die auf der Couch geschlafen haben. Das Wohnzimmer ist gleichzeitig Ess- und Schlafzimmer. Den Esstisch kann man nur aufbauen, wenn man die Couch zusammen klappt. Gott sei Dank war die Couch einfach in der Bedienung, trotzdem war das hin- und herbauen etwas nervig. Wenn man in der Wohnung nur schläft ist es aber ok. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keinen „echten“ Kleiderschrank. Wenn man die schicken Schrankschiebetüren aufzieht, ist dahinter nur ein Stauraum mit einer Kleiderstange und einem Metallregal. Der Parkplatz ist nur für kleine Autos oder sehr geübte Fahrer geeignet. Unser X5 hat mit je 10 cm an den Seiten in die Garage gepasst und ragte vorne raus. Der Vermieter war aber freundlich, sehr bemüht und hat immer schnell geantwortet.

Wonderful apartment in Rome.

The property was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Very close to the underground Metro which access to the cities attraction relatively quick and easy. Riccardo was a great host. He had local restaurant recommendations listed for us. The property included a patio space that was just perfect for coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We had a wonderful experience in Rome and the this apartment was part of it. Thank you Roman Holidays and Riccardo.

Great place in a convenient neighborhood

This was the perfect place for us as we explored Rome. It was very close to the A subway line and there were decent grocery stores and shops nearby as well. The place was very neatly kept and it was the perfect size for us during our stay.

Tutto perfetto !

Avevamo prenotato un appartamento più piccolo ma, a causa di un piccolo problema idraulico Riccardo, il proprietario, con una gentilezza e una cortesia incredibili, ci ha offerto quello in cui abbiamo soggiornato: bello grande, pulitissimo e con una posizione a dir poco perfetta visto che si trova a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dai Musei Vaticani e a 5 minuti dalle fermate di metro e bus. Ringraziamo anche Silvia che, al momento del check-in, è stata gentilissima a spiegarci tutto. Quando ritorneremo a Roma contatteremo sicuramente Riccardo nuovamente. Grazie di tutto!!

Excellent experience / location!

The property was spectacular and within walking distance to all of Rome’s main attractions. Riccardo was an excellent host, great communication, and extremely professional. I highly recommend and will definitely go back when I’m in Rome.

Tutto Perfetto, da tornarci presto!!

L'appartamento è davvero un gioiellino e davvero comodissimo. Arredamento di grande gusto, curato nei minimi dettagli. Pulizie perfette, accoglienza ai massimi livelli e la gentilezza come in pochi altri posti. La zona è molto ben servita di trasporti, ristoranti e la soluzione per ogni necessità e' a portata di mano. Che dire... peccato che avevamo a disposizione solo una notte. Complimenti di cuore a voi per l'impegno, siamo stati davvero bene e ci torniamo presto.
