Nonjoint charming house of 250 m2 with an enclosed garden to the rear of the house without vis-à-vis and a veranda.

The house can accommodate 12 people (ideally 6 adults and 6 children) not including children who sleep in beds umbrella.
It has 5 bedrooms, three with a double bed (one 160 cm) and two with bunk beds.

Well equipped.
Lounge with flat screen, based i-pod / i-phone, fireplace.
Wifi access (Freebox).
Kitchen with large fridge / freezer Ideal for family groups, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle ...

Charming house in wonderful location

This is an old and charming home full of character. Location could not be better and very manageable without a car if you enjoy walking. St Malo has alot of do and enjoy and a great place to visit. The hosts was very nice and responsive and the check in and out process welcoming and easy. We highly recommend this home.

Excellent séjour en famille (grands-parents,enfants,petits-enfants) !! La maison est parfaitement adaptée pour que chacun est son espace et rien ne manque ! L'emplacement est lui aussi idéal, tous les commerces sont situés juste la rue derriere la maison ainsi que le bus pour Intra-muros. Location validée à 100% !!

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis par Loïc qui nous a présenté la maison et nous a fourni une mine d'informations précieuses sur le quartier de Saint-Servan. Séjourner dans cette maison a été un vrai bonheur tant les espaces sont nombreux et permettent à chacun de trouver son havre de tranquillité. La maison est trés bien équipée, à tous points de vue. Les nombreux commerces sont proches de la maison. Nous conseillons vivement cette demeure dans un quartier trés précisé de Saint-Malo. A revivre, assurément.

localisation ideale, parking gratuit à proximité , pres de ST MALO oû on peut se rendre facilement à pied.concierge sympathique et surtout propriétaires qui spontanement ont mis le chauffage en fonctionnement tous les matins, d'oû une maison agreablement temperée..nous sommes prêts à revenir...escaliers un peu raides , ne convient pas à des personnes handicapés oû agées

Superbe séjour

Maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée, bien adaptée à un groupe de 10 adultes. Jardin clos très prisé! (Surtout par très beau trm temps, commece fut le cas!) Nous avons participé au festival des étonnants voyageurs et pouvions rallier "Saint Malo intra muros" facilement à pied, de même que nous ravitailler dans le quartier, sans problème. A signaler aussi: le bon accueil! Bref, une adresse que nous conserverons.

Wunderschönes Haus in guter und zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut gelegen. Zum Einkaufen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Altstadt (Intramuro) ist mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

A wonderful place to stay in a perfect location.

The house was delightful - elegant, spacious, comfortable and full of character. The garden was great to play in and absolutely safe for the children, but also brilliant for adults to relax in the 7 deckchairs. And Saint Servan is a great base for visiting this magnificent part of Brittany.
