House Saint Malo for 12 people

Nonjoint charming house of 250 m2 with an enclosed garden to the rear of the house without vis-Ă -vis and a veranda.

The house can accommodate 12 people (ideally 6 adults and 6 children) not including children who sleep in beds umbrella.
It has 5 bedrooms, three with a double bed (one 160 cm) and two with bunk beds.

Well equipped.
Lounge with flat screen, based i-pod / i-phone, fireplace.
Wifi access (Freebox).
Kitchen with large fridge / freezer Ideal for family groups, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle ...
Washer and electric dryer.
Toys for large (table football and darts) and small.
Tourist guides in the region.
Barbecue and Chile for the garden.
A bathroom with double vanity and changing table, and a bathroom shower with extra toilet, sink and shower. Two other separate toilet.

Charming house in wonderful location

This is an old and charming home full of character. Location could not be better and very manageable without a car if you enjoy walking. St Malo has alot of do and enjoy and a great place to visit. The hosts was very nice and responsive and the check in and out process welcoming and easy. We highly recommend this home.

Nous avons été particuliÚrement bien accueillis par Loïc qui nous a présenté la maison et nous a fourni une mine d'informations précieuses sur le quartier de Saint-Servan. Séjourner dans cette maison a été un vrai bonheur tant les espaces sont nombreux et permettent à chacun de trouver son havre de tranquillité. La maison est trés bien équipée, à tous points de vue. Les nombreux commerces sont proches de la maison. Nous conseillons vivement cette demeure dans un quartier trés précisé de Saint-Malo. A revivre, assurément.

Maison trĂšs spacieuse et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien adaptĂ©e Ă  un groupe de 10 adultes. Jardin clos trĂšs prisĂ©! (Surtout par trĂšs beau trm temps, commece fut le cas!) Nous avons participĂ© au festival des Ă©tonnants voyageurs et pouvions rallier "Saint Malo intra muros" facilement Ă  pied, de mĂȘme que nous ravitailler dans le quartier, sans problĂšme. Wunderschönes Haus in guter und zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und gut gelegen. Zum Einkaufen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Altstadt (Intramuro) ist mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Gerne wĂŒrden wir wiederkommen.

A wonderful place to stay in a perfect location.

The house was delightful - elegant, spacious, comfortable and full of character. The garden was great to play in and absolutely safe for the children, but also brilliant for adults to relax in the 7 deckchairs. And Saint Servan is a great base for visiting this magnificent part of Brittany.
