Die Wohnung war in einem sauberen Zustand. Zu bemängeln gibte es folgendes: Die Weindeltreppe in den ersten Stock ist extremst schmal - gefährlich und um den Koffer nach oben zu schieben braucht es 2 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer kann man nicht lüften. Die Dachfenster sind verriegelt (aus Sicherheitsgründen??) Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock/ ohne Lift. Die Lage sehr gut.

Great apartment!

We had a wonderful stay! Large apartment with all amenities needed. Great location and will recommend. The only fault is the terrible odour I think was coming from a drain in downstairs toilet? Apart from that it was perfect 👍

Love the location

This apartment was exactly as expected. Very clean and the location was exceptional. The property manager was very easy to work with and helpful! I would highly recommend this to others.

Geniale Lage mitten in Granada

Insgesamt schön, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung in genialer Lage. Küchenausstattung etwas knapp, stinkender Abfluss im oberen Bad. Toll wäre, wenn man die Dachfenster öffnen könnte.

It's om if you are single and weight less than 180 lbs.

The location is excellent, right on the center. Bars and restaurants abound and the Cathedral is right near by. With that comes streen noise until 1AM. If you weight more than 180 you won't make it up the steep spiral staircase to the bedrooms. I am a slim 175 and it was tight, like climbing a ladder in a tight tube. Getting luggage upstairs was a real challenge. The double bed is two single mattresses shoved together. There is a measurable and visible visit low spot right in the middle, where the two hard beds edges meet - UGH- that and street noise made sleep challenging. In this day of high tech there are only 3 electrical outlets in the double bedroom and all were used for lamps and the TV; there was no place to charge my devices overnight. The lower bathroom has a bad sewer smell that permeated the apartment. The toilet paper holder upstairs kept falling off its mount (I reported that and was assured it would be repaired immediately, but it was still dysfunctional when we checked put So, if you can deal with the downside this js a good place to stay in Granada.

Superb location

Location in the historic centre of Granada, in the vicinity of the Cathedral is unbeatable. Apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people, simply furnished and functional, clean and fairly priced. The cons: there is no lift in the building, the apartment has a narrow spiral staircase to the bedrooms, and the main bathroom upstairs has plumbing drainage issues and sewage odor. Not recommended for people with mobility issues and families with children under 10.

Fantastic central location

This property is extremely well located. Once you walk out the door you have multiple choices to eat or shop. The apartment is also walking distance from the cathedral. You will also appreciate the friendly efficient staff that made us feel very welcomed.

Lovely Apartment in Great Location

My family and I just returned from a week's stay in Grenada. The apartment was wonderful! It was spotlessly clean, and was in a great location. We enjoyed having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We utilized every inch of it. Pros: size, location, air conditioning, beautifully decorated, washing machine, plenty of storage to unpack, wonderful natural light Cons: kitchen not very well equipped (a spatula and paring knife would be a great addition to the utensils), fair amount of noise from the plaza until about midnight each night, spiral staircase was very narrow and two of the four of us were slightly injured coming down the steps, apt located on the third level (nice that no one was above us, but some people might have a hard time climbing the stairs or getting luggage in and out). Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend/stay here again. We appreciated the map provided and the recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing Pablo suggested.

Centrally-located swanky apartment

We were the first to stay in the totally upgraded apartment which was within walking distance to all the sites. We fully enjoyed two bedrooms, two full baths, one on each floor, lovely views and comfy beds. We stayed three nights after having been in Seville for four. Time to wash two loads of cloths which were both done within 30 minutes. We were able to pack light due to the washing machine. The apartment is in the middle of an upscale area that was very active, but we heard none of it until we walked outside. What more can I say? We would definitely stay again. (You need to update your photos to show off the new interior.)

Perfect place to explore Granada

This appartment is a real treasure - spacious, clean, and high quality equipped. We loved the place, and especially the location close to everything, directly in the center. Special thanks to Juan for all the special tips and his time he spent to guide us to the parking garage and to the appartment. We had wonderful days in Granada, the appartment is highly recommended.

Lovely duplex in Granada

Our family of 4 enjoyed two nights in Granada in this cozy apartment. Overall, the apartment is attractive, well maintained, and is well stocked with everything you need during the stay. The living room was perfect for hanging out a bit while there was a downpour. The bedrooms work well for a family of 4, and having two bathrooms is very convenient. The upstairs bathroom has a bit of mold on the ceiling that could be cleaned off, but other than that, we had no complaints. We didn't meet our hosts based on our delayed arrival schedule but it was easy to get into the apartment once we connected via text to the host. All in all, a great stay. Thank you.

Totalmente recomendable (Airbnb) El apartamento es estupendo, comodísimo y perfectamente ubicado para visitar Granada. A pesar de ser muy céntrico es muy tranquilo. Hemos estado muy a gusto y Gloria es un encanto, perfecta comunicación desde el principio, y ha hecho que nuestra estancia en Granada fuera lo mejor posible, con muchas recomendaciones y consejos.

Supercentrico y accesible a cualquier sitio del centro, ya que estaba conectado muy bien con las diferentes líneas de bus!
