House close to the city, Globen and Tele2Arena

Great house at a perfect location in Gamla Enskede, a residential area just south of Södermalm. A perfect stay for a family or two families, traveling together. With the Metro close by, the down town of Stockholm is just around the corner. In addition to both Globen and Tele2 Arena are in comfortable walking distance.

The app. 210 m2 house has three separate floors. De nederste etage har også en egen indgang og et separat fuldt udstyret køkken og et eksklusivt badeværelse med sauna. High quality free WiFi is also available in the house.

The private terrace on the backside of the house is lovely. If it is sunny, the sun will drain the terrace in the sun until late in the evening, a very pleasant experience during the long Swedish summer nights.

Get around in Stockholm:
The Metro station is, appr. 700 m from the apartment. The Metro will help you get around in Stockholm in a good way. The Metro reaches the inner city within 10 minutes.

If you do not want to walk to the metro station, there is a bus station "Lindevägen" 100 m from the house.

Globen or Tele2Arena are in a 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment

Stockholmsmässan is 20 minutes away, taking the bus from "Lindevägen" as mentioned above

To get to Friends Arena you first take the Metro to T-Centralen, there you change to the Commuter train to J-station "Solna". It will take you appr. 40 min, "by to door".

Excellent two week stay

We were two couples and very much enjoyed our stay at this house. Close proximity to transit meant we could enjoy a quiet neighborhood while taking in everything that Stockholm has to offer. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house, great location, great host

The house was wonderful, very well maintained, lots of space, great area within walking distance from 2 stations so very easy to get into the city centre. It worked very well for us fir a holiday with 3 generations including 2 young children. They loved the garden and play house in particular. Anders was a great host, met us at the property and kindly agreed to get us some groceries in advance as our flight arrived quite late. He was incredibly responsive to any issues (thanks for sorting the washing machine) which made the stay very easy and stress free. Can't recommend highly enough!

Charming home

We had a wonderful stay in this charming home. Anders met us on arrival and was very informative about transit and places to get groceries etc. the home is close 2 metro stations and a bus stop. We had a small child with us and Anders even pulled out some toys and there is even a playhouse in the back yard. We found some near by playgrounds that my daughter loved also. I can’t recommend this home enough if you want a great house in a quiet area. It’s close to the Tele2 arena and Globen shopping center if you are coming in town for an event and it’s an easy metro trip to anywhere in the city.

Absolutely Perfect for us!

We had such a wonderful stay, the rooms upstairs were comfortable and spacious. Downstairs rooms and beds where comfortable and the huge bathroom with sauna was just perfect. We loved the manificured lawn in the back which was perfect for playing games and relaxing outside. Had a couple of deer in the neighbourhood, so cute. 7 minute walk to the train stop and in town within 15 minutes. The neighbourhood also has a cafe/bakery and a outdoor/indoor dining with top top level food. For our family reunion this was the perfect place for us all. Our ages where 27- 58 and we all had space. Ping Pong table was great for a little family competitions.

Lovely house, great location

Our family of 5 stayed here and 2 adult relatives joined us. The house is lovely and well stocked. The neighborhood is charming. We appreciated the close proximity to the metro, grocery store and at least one very nice restaurant. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the short metro ride to the tourist spots. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We completely enjoyed our stay here. With bedrooms on three floors, the house was great for three couples. (Would be perfect for a family, too). Owner was great to work with- good communication, friendly, timely. We highly recommend!

A perfect home in a great neighborhood!

We were thrilled to meet Anders when he met us at his house to show us around. What a gem! A classic "Swedish" style house with solid modern upgrades throughout. Lots of space, beautiful bathrooms and showers, a sauna(!), beautiful back yard and easy walk to the T station at Sockenplan for the #19 train to all of the most important locations in Stockholm. The bedrooms were comfortable, the community was quiet and clean, the kitchen was well stocked and ready for any kind of cooking you want to do. The house is within easy walking distance to the Tele2Arena and Ericsson Globe arena if you are coming to Stockholm for concerts or sports events. We really enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend this house for a big family or group of friends. You will have plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing and fun.
