Hermosa casa del lago cerca del centro de la ciudad

Hermosa casa en el lago Brunnsviken. La parte antigua de este edificio es de 1860, y fue construida originalmente como una estación de boletos y café para el tráfico de barcos de vapor en Brunnsviken. La casa fue completamente renovada en 2006 y en 2011 se construyó una extensión. Hay un pequeño muelle privado y un pequeño bote de remos para sus excursiones. Hay muchos lugares encantadores para sentarse afuera en el jardín o en la terraza de madera.


El edificio original contiene una sala de estar / cocina con comedor y chimenea. Gran vista con vistas al agua desde la mesa del comedor para 8 personas. También hay un baño con ducha y una sala de estar con chimenea adicional y un cómodo sofá que se despliega en una cama doble. Desde esta sala, las escaleras conducen a la nueva extensión. El nivel inferior contiene una habitación principal, dos habitaciones más pequeñas, área de oficina, segunda entrada, cuarto de lavado y un baño de alta calidad arquitectónica. Hay una cubierta de madera a lo largo de los dos lados de la extensión.

Beautiful location steps away from great transit options.

We had a wonderful stay while touring Stockholm with another couple. The beautiful lakeside location with Swans and Loons was idyllic and yet so convenient to seeing all the Stockholm sights.

Amazing house in idyllic yet central location

We had an amazing stay here for a short week. The house is lovely, with a lot of space, yet very comfy. We felt fast at home. The new part of the house is inspiringly designed. It was fantastic to wake up to the view of the beautiful garden and misty lake. We miss it already, hope to come back some time!

City stay with teenage kids

A lot of space for 5 persons. Well equiped, we missed nothing when it comes to cooking and in terms of entertainment. Bicycles and kajak still work, but could use a bit of maintenance. Downtown Stockholm can easily be reached by public Transport. The private lake access ist a real high light. Noise from the highway near by is not much of an issue. Traffic can be heard but ir is more of a background Sound. We enjoyed our stay.

Short family visit to Stockholm

Excellent property, great communication with hosts before and during our stay. The property is very clean, stylish and quirky and very comfortable for our party of 6 adults - note 2 used the bunk beds! It has everything you could possibly want including a very well equipped kitchen, laundry room and bikes! Whilst it is just off a main road once you step away from the path you are extremely well screened with trees and bushes. The road can be heard but is really a background hum and didn't bother us in the slightest. Excellent location in the edge of the lake - definitely recommend a walk or run around. Easy access to Stockholm by bus or train and super easy access to Arlanda airport with the airport bus stopping very near. Would highly recommend, thanks Christoffer and Ulrika for a great visit.

Fantastic lake side property close to city

What a wonderful place to stay, loads of room, beautiful location and fabulous host. The house is placed right on the lake, a couple of mins walk from the airport shuttle bus stop. It’s 5 mins walk from a couple of restaurants and 10 mins from a shop that stays open until 10. It’s bright and clean and so very comfortable. Once we worked out the heating it was warm and snuggly. It is well equipped and has loads of storage and two showers. Christoffer our lovely host even met us in the pouring rain from the bus and popped out to the shop to get us some essentials so we didn’t have to walk to the shop! Just to reassure those of you who are worried about road noise and bedroom doors. All the downstairs bedrooms have sliding doors to close them off and are nice and private. There is a sleeping space upstairs which you need to walk through to go downstairs. The road noise you don’t really hear indoors and is only what is to be expected in a city. I can’t recommend this property enough, I felt so comfortable and relaxed we all want to return in the summer!

Wonderful stay, can we repeat?

I just left a few days ago this dream home and I already want to go back, it is a peaceful and quiet place, with a privileged location with lovely views toward the lake. Lovely and cozy home, taking care of the small details, everything you need you have it, the kitchen is really well equipped, bedrooms, bathrooms, wifi, washer/dryer and a lot of life on the outside of the house, there was a barbecue with everything you need including bag of charcoal, the table in the garden where we had breakfast, the boat was a fun experience getting around the lake. I had no car, and I had no need for it, there is a bus stop right in front, in 15 minutes you are in the city center, Ulrika and Christoffer were lovely and resolved all my doubts: how to locate basic services in the area, supermarkets, cafes and different ways to get to the city center from the house, I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a few peaceful days in this beautiful city . Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus , nette freundliche Gastgeber ( wohnen direkt nebenan) viel Platz auch rundherum. Tolles Kajak ! Nur leider ist der Steg sehr in die Jahre gekommen und baden geht nur auf der anderen Seite da es vor Ort zu schlammig ist . Gute Anbindung an Bus 400 zu Fuß. Autobahn vierspurig ist schon hörbar , also nichts für ruhesuchende Naturliebhaber.

Ferienhaus in Stockholm-Solna

Bei der Anreise wurden wir von Ulrika und Christopher und Hund Harry freundlich begrüßt. Uns wurde das Haus gezeigt und alles Wissenswerte erklärt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Haus ist gemütlich und geräumig. Auch zwei Außensitzplätze inkl. Grill stehen zur Verfügung. Zudem gab es eine Infotafel mit allen wichtigen Informationen. Um die Stadt Stockholm und die nähere Umgebung der Stadt zu erkunden, bietet das Haus allerbeste Voraussetzungen. Mit der SL-App und einem 7-Tage Ticket steht der gesamte öffentliche Nahverkehr zur Verfügung. Einen Tag sind wir mit dem Bus in den Schärengarten nach Vaxholm gefahren und abends mit dem Schiff wieder zurück. Um Umfeld kann man zu Fuß viele nette Restaurants erreichen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Wirklich schönes Haus am See mit guter Anbindung an die Stockholmer Innenstadt

Das Haus hat einen großen Garten und liegt sehr schön am See. Nach einem Tag in der Stadt konnten wir noch vom Steg ins Wasser springen und baden. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz. Insgesamt gibt es vier Schlafzimmer, so dass jeder unserer drei Teenager seinen eigenen Schlafbereich haben konnte. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet; es gibt Essentials wie Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer, diverse Gewürze und für ein Ferienhaus erstaunlich scharfe Messer (Wetzstahl darf benutzt werden). Die ohne Aufpreis benutzbaren Fahrräder sind schon etwas älter und eignen sich gut zum Einkaufen in der Nähe. Ob sie auch für größere Touren geeignet sind, haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Die nahen Fernstraßen sind im Haus kaum zu hören. Im Garten ist ein gewisses Rauschen zu hören, dass uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Die Innenstadt von Stockholm und Ziele in der näheren Umgebung sind problemlos mit dem ÖPNV (SL) zu erreichen. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es nur knapp 100 Meter. Mit dem Schnellbus sind es dann nur ca. 10 Minuten zur U-Bahn oder zum Nahverkehrszug, so dass man in insgesamt 30-40 Minuten am Stockholmer Hauptbahnhof ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wohnen gleich nebenan. Bei Fragen sind sie stets ansprechbar und helfen einem gerne. Da wir an einem Feiertag abends anreisten, haben sie uns sogar einige Lebensmittel besorgt. Wirklich ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes großes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Vacances en famille

Nous sommes venus en famille (6 adultes) passer quatre jours à Stockholm. La maison était parfaitement bien adaptée et très confortable. Nous cherchions une maison ayant du charme et du cachet et la maison a répondu à nos attentes. Nous nous sommes déplacés en bus ou en métro; les transports étaient à proximité.

Fantastic home and Fantastic Owners!

The house is beautifully decorated and we felt at home immediately. It was spacious for our family of four adults with plenty of amenities. The bus stop is right out front, 2 grocery markets within 15-20 min walk that had all we needed. The pedestrian and bike path out front is fantastic for walking or riding to appreciate the lake and the views. The hosts were beyond gracious and were very helpful. Kristopher was fantastic at keeping us stocked with wood for the fireplace (gets a little cold in Sweden in the winter). He and his family were a treat and I would wish every host was this great! Thank you Kristopher and family for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home.

Nettes Ferienhaus in Solna

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Autobahn in der unmittelbaren Nähe war uns bewusst. Sie bietet aber auch viele Vorteile. Man ist binnen weniger Minuten im Zentrum. Vermieter Christoff war stets ansprechbar und immer da, wenn er gebraucht wurde. Das Haus war in Ordnung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wenn man mit 6 Personen Urlaub macht sollte man wissen, dass 4 Personen in Etagenbetten schlafen werden. Aber das ist kein Problem. Alles in Ordnung. MfG K. T.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Die Vermieter sind sooooo lieb. Die Lage zwischen den vielen Autobahnen ist am ersten Tag noch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Am 2. Tag schon besser und am 3. Tag hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Die Lage hat allerdings auch Vorteile. Man ist sofort auf der Autobahn und kommt überall schnell hin. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Highlight. Sehr stylisch und für uns als Architekten wirklich gelungen und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Es fehlt an Nichts!!! Ulrike, Christopher und die 3 Kinder sind einfach klasse. Wirklich liebe Menschen. Ach ja den Hund hätte ich fast vergessen. Harry ist ein putziges Kerlchen!!!

Great lake getaway

This house was perfect for our family! We loved being right on the lake and having our own dock for swimming or kayaking, and the big front and back yards for our son to play. But it's also great to be so close to the city. It was a great experience for us and we hope to come back and visit again!

Tolles Haus, super Ausblick

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und bemüht, das Haus(vor allem die Küche) ist sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt und sind viel im Garten gesessen- da ist der Lärm von der Autobahn etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nicht extrem störend- im Haus hört man fast gar nichts. In der Früh mit Tee am Steg sitzen und Wasservögel beobachten ist jedenfalls ein super Start in den Tag!

Beautiful Oasis in Stockholm!

This is a very LOVELY property. Complete with bicycles and kayak to use. Perfect place to rest and retreat. The highway is on one side, but honestly that didn't bother us as at all. There is a tire swing, swing set for kids. The house itself is perfect--large, comfortable. quaint. beautiful. I stayed with my two toddlers and my au pair. There are two bunk beds and 1 queen bed in the house. The things I didn't like: -took a while to get into the city. Mostly if you didn't time yourself perfectly with the bus. the bus is just a 2 min walk, but if you missed it, you have to wait another 20 mins, leaving us sometimes a full hour to get into the heart of stockholm to do things we wanted to -the bedrooms downstairs were HOTTT. I went last week of Aug, and it was very difficult to sleep because of how how it was. The house was advertised as AC, but it's only AC upstairs. I imagine this is not a problem the rest of the year, but please be aware if you are traveling during peak summer. Several birds also had their nests on top of the master bedroom, so I was woken up by 5:30 am everyday whether I liked it or not (despite ear plugs). I personally liked this (being out in nature, etc), but you may not. Again, I think this is just during the peak summer. Either way, we had a lovely stay. The hosts were very responsive and nice. I would highly recommend it!

Alles hat gepasst. Ein toller Ort für Familien zur Erholung und zum Erkunden von Stockholm.

Sehr freundlich und sehr Sauber. Die befahrenen Strassen in der Nähe stören nicht. Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine Perle in Stockholm. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Very nice holiday house, next to the highway.

This is a very nice and comfortable holiday house, next to a lake and next to a highway. If you want to visit Stockholm all the time and stay in the house, you will not experience problems with the highway noise. If you see the pictures of the garden and the lake view, you imagine yourself sitting there peaceful and relaxed. But in reality the noise of the highway is there all the time, quite loudly. If someone is in the garden and you try to communicate, you have to shout. If you want to read a book in the garden, you can listen to music on your Headphones. It took me four days to get used to the noise and when I left after a week it was not a nuisance anymore. The information on Homeaway is not up to date. The house is comfortable, but the number of bedrooms is not accurate. There is one masterbedroom. There is one room with two bunk beds. Then there is a room with a sofa that could have two persons, but you have to walk to this room if you want to go from the living room to the bedrooms. On the pictures there is a small boat, but the peddels for this boat we could not find. There is however a kayak, that is functioning and could be used to explore the lake Brunnsviken. The location is great if you want to visit Stockholm. The public transport system is great in Stockholm, and within 30 minutes you stand in central Stockholm. Stockholm is a beautiful city and I would love to come back.

Wonderful stay!

I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful lakeside home in Stockholm. It a gorgeous home with all of the amenities one could hope for. The owners were responsive and kind and the location was absolutely perfect for access to the city and to nature walks. What a perfect getaway. Our family could not have been happier.
