This unit is managed by The Seasons At Attitash Resort
Check in and out at the front desk, no need to mail keys, or pick the keys elsewhere on your way.
Your rental includes all linens AND cleaning costs. No hidden fees.

Relax in this spacious ground-floor two-bedroom condo featuring air conditioning and a walkout deck that opens to the backyard, offering easy access to outdoor space. Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, this unit is perfect for families and larger groups.

The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the guest bedroom, and two queen sleeper sofas in the living room.

Stay comfortable with two mini-split air conditioning units—one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Like all of our two-bedroom condominiums, this unit features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, two private bathrooms, and all linens are provided.

This is a dog-friendly condo for travelers, subject to an additional fee.

Please note that owners may make updates or changes to their unit prior to your arrival.

The times are defined by the towns ordinance. Keep noise & heavy foot traffic to a minimun from 10 pm to 8 am daily.
No Smoking/Vaping inside condos, only outside and 25 ft away from building. Marijuana is not legal in NH and will not be tolerated on the property.
There are approved dog condos. Subject to daily fee of $15 per dog and a $100 non-refundable laundering/damage fee added to your reservation.

The condo is beautiful and was exceptionally clean and the living space was perfect for my family of 4. The condo was listed as a first floor condo, which is accurate in that it is ground level, however I wish I would have known that you have to walk up 6 stairs to enter the building from outside, then down 18 stairs to enter the unit. Fortunately there is a rear exit/entrance in the back of the condo that is ground level, although far away from the parking lot. In terms of communication, once I entered the on site club house and met the attendant at the desk, the communication about the property and and the unit was adequate. Great location!

The Seasons is conveniently located near popular attractions including Attitash, Cranmore, Black, Wildcat and Bretton Woods alpine ski areas… Jackson Ski Touring, access to the trails at Great Glen Trails and Bear Notch Touring Center nordic ski areas… Storyland, Santa's Village, Attitash Mountain amusement areas, and the Conway Scenic Railroad… North Conway's outlets, shops and restaurants… canoeing and kayaking as well as some of the best hiking and biking trails in the White Mountain National Forest.
