Private and enclosed garden, furnished patio, sun terrace and outdoor shower, private parking space. Complete with appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, electric broom, TV, hair dryer.
Possibility free use of the tennis court in red clay.
Spending your holidays in Valledoria will give you the opportunity to stay in a house inside the wonderful San Pietro Pinewood reaching the white sandy beach, through a pedestrian crossing without being forced to use the car. Nearby possibilities to practice many sports: kitesurfing, windsurfing, canoeing, horse riding. Center of Valledoria 3 Km. Other nearby towns Castelsardo, Isolarossa, Badesi and the spa of Casteldoria.
