Nice semi-detached house with private garden very close to the beach

 
Beautiful attached house with private garden, located in the residential complex El Far, only 1 km from the beach of Llafranc and 3 km from the beautiful coves of Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu. The complex has a large communal area with garden and a fantastic swimming pool with beautiful sea views. It is located in a quiet and privileged place, very close to the famous viewpoint of El Far where you will be able to admire the wonderful views of the whole coast.
The house has a surface of 200 m2 distributed in three floors.
The lower level consists of living room and dining room with exit to a pleasant garden with porch, ideal to spend fantastic moments enjoying the summer. On this same floor we also find the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.
The entrance to the house is on the first floor, where we find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, both with access to a nice terrace. It has also one bedroom with two beds and two bathrooms with bathtub.
On the upper level there is a large room with a single bed.
The house has a large parking space, which communicates directly with the house, through some stairs.
THE COSTA BRAVA is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals, historical culture, lots of traditions and much more!
THE FAR DE ST. SEBASTIÀ is located 170 m above sea level, between the beaches of Llafranc and Tamariu. It forms part of the Monumental Site of Sant Sebastià de la Guarda, together with the medieval defense tower and the remains of a restored Iberian settlement. From its viewpoint you can enjoy one of the best panoramic views of the Costa Brava, with 180º visibility on both sides. The Far de Sant Sebastià is a good starting point from which to follow the coastal path from Llafranc to Calella, or in the direction to Tamariu, passing through the charming Cala Pedrosa.

Beautiful, spacious property with wonderful views. A little remote so a car is needed to enjoy the Costa Brava bays, beaches and hilltop towns. A trip to Begur and Pals is not to be missed!

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et la maison ainsi que la résidence. Juste quelques petites remarques : il est important que des consignes soient laissées à l'intérieur de la maison pour l'arrivée, surtout le règlement intérieur de la copropriété. Quelqu'un est venu nous dire que nous n'avions pas le droit d'étendre nos serviettes sur le balcons il suffisait juste qu'on le sache. Et il serait bien aussi d'avoir des indications plus précises pour l'accès aux plages, aucune documentation sur la région ce serait très sympathique de trouver ce genre d'informations. Pour l'accès au parking à l'arrivée précisez sur votre documentation qu'il faut prendre la rue en sens interdit sauf accès parking on a mis un moment avant de le trouver. Et une dernière chose qui pour nous parait indispensable, il faut que les propriétaires achètent un sèche linge avec l'humidité c'est impossible de faire sécher le linge quand on est 2 familles c'est vraiment la galère. Voilà mais nous reviendrons car vraiment c'était le top! merci à vous bonne continuation.

Ferien 150 m über Llafranc

Das Reihenhaus in der Anlage El Far ist komplett ausgestattet und recht geräumig. Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist komplett eingerichtet und es funktioniert alles. Von der Tiefgarage kommt man per Innentreppe ins Haus. Es empfiehlt sich, es öfters zu lüften, da es manchmal in der Küche etwas muffig riecht. - Man hat einen schönen Blick von den beiden Terrassen in die Berge. Vom Swimmingpool, der hinter am Eingang hinten liegt kann man die gut gepflegte Anlage und den breiten Blick auf das Mittelmeer genießen. Vom nahe gelegenen Leuchtturm hat man einen gute Aussicht auf Llafranc, Calella und Palafrugell. - Wenn man zum Einkaufen gehen möchte, muss man schon recht sportlich sein. Nicht wegen der Entfernung, sondern wegen des zu überwindenden Höhenunterschieds von 150 m beim Rückweg. Wir haben de PKW benutzt.

Great spaces villa /apartment

What a wonderful place , great location over looking lafranc, very spacious, and a great pool and gardens , which is very well maintained, the only down side is nosy cars , with music on late st night as it at the top of a small col, so once there they have to come back down pass you again , and no air con ,
