About this property

Beachside II 4329 is a two bedroom, two bath unit located on the 13th floor. The kitchen is fully updated with granite countertops, the latest wares, and appliances. It even features a wide breakfast bar. The dining area has enough room to seat six people and a remote-powered lighted fan overhead. The living room is spacious with brand-new comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV for any viewing of your choice. There is also balcony access from the living room where you can take in what the Emerald Coast is all about and is not overcrowded with lounge furniture. The master bedroom has modern furnishings, king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a luxurious deep-soaking tub. The guest bedroom is updated with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features 2 Twin beds, flatscreen TV, and additional access to the guest bathroom. The couch in the living room also turns into a Queen sleeper bed to sleep 2 extra guests.

Emerald Coast Awesome Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit. Nothing but good things to say about Gibson and the unit. There was 1 issue; the main tv in the living room. The cable box appears to be hooked up wrong and is using an RCA cable for some reason. This results in the tv display being shown in 480 resolution. Watching football over the holiday was like going back to the 80's and 90's with that terrible picture. Had to watch in the bedroom.I didn't let Gibson know because it is probably connected that way for a reason and would require a new tv or cable installer visit. Will stay there again!PS - The temp was in the low 40's in the mornings, more than one blanket for the entire unit would be something to think about for the housekeeping staff to put on each bed.

Beautiful condo and Your handyman is awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this beautiful condo and overall had a great experience staying in it recently. The only main issue was a toilet handle in the master bath that was having problems. When we called for help, your handyman (I think his name was Greg??) came very promptly and worked hard to fix it. When he realize that he needed another part, he went and got one from a local hardware box store and came back, again very promptly, and finally got it working again. He did a great job! The only other minor issue we had, was there was no kitchen garbage can, but we found one in the utility closet that had a mop in it that we used instead. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have always had good experiences w Gibons Beach Rentals.
