ARTEMIS SUPERB 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT 700 m AWAY FROM THE BEACH
Our ground floor apartment is located just outside of the village of Minies (6km away from Argostoli) and can accommodates up to 6 people with the use of 2 large sofa beds on the living -dining room.
It covers an area of 95 m2 has 2 air conditioned bedrooms,2 bathrooms,large air condition living-dininig room,kitchen and a very nice garden.
Our ground floor apartment comprises of an open-plan kitchen / living / dining area with patio doors leading to the garden. There are also 2 large air condtioned bedrooms.
The first air conditioned bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom,fitted wardrobes with patio doors leading to the garden
The 2nd air conditioned bedroom has 2 twins beds with fitted wardrobes with patio doors leading to the garden .Our luxury kitchen is fully fitted with hob,oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker.
There is also family bathroom with washing machine
The position of our house makes it an ideal destination for those who want to combine their vacation by the sea and the country side.
Only 700-5 km away from our house are some of the best beaches of the island like Spasmata sandy beach only 700 m away from our house ,Megali Ammos sandy beach only 900 m away from our house,Ammes sandy beach only 2,5 km away ,famous Makrys gyalos beach only 5 km away,Platys gyalos beach 4,8 km away
One other big advantage of our apartment is that is located only 6 km away from Argostoli which is the capital of the island and you can find many supermarkets,restaurants,taverns,cafe,bars,meet markets,bakeries.
Also in Argostoli harbor you can watch the turtles
Lassi resort is also only 5km away from our house where you can find many taverns,bars,cafe,supermarkets and many nice sandy beaches.
We are married,we have 3 children,we are part of Home away community since 2011 as we also own 2 villas in the region of Sami(property id 850476, 884442)
