Swallows Cottage is a welcoming cottage converted from an old barn on a traditional Devon farm in countryside near the town of Honiton. The cottage sleeps four adults and a child in two bedrooms, a double with child’s single folding bed and a twin, with family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a patio with furniture and a barbecue, and a small lawn across a quiet farm track. Help is also often welcome on the 135 acre mixed farm. Two miles from the interesting old town of Honiton, Swallows Cottage is a friendly base for a relaxing break in Devon. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Bookings starting on any day other than the standard change over day (Friday) need to be confirmed with the property owner before acceptance.
