Renovated workshop for 6 people with shared, heated pool in Semur en Auxois

Our old workshop has been completely renovated to create a bright modern atmosphere, with large windows facing south to let in the sunny rays...
We've transformed the interieur with metal bars to provide floor space for the upper level thus creating 2 spacious bedrooms and a shower room. The upper level is reached by a metal staircase from which the whole apartment has been built and designed.
The ground floor has under floor central heating and a polished concrete floor gives a smooth finish throughout. There is a comfortable sofa and armchairs for lazy evenings, television and a good selection of films. The dining area has a high table with chairs sourced from a local workshop.
The kichen is well equipped with modern appliances, dishes and knives that cut!
The downstairs bedroom and bathroom have both been decorated to a high standard with the bathroom floor tiles and old school basin adding an antiquated touch of decor.
The wood burner stove makes for cosy evenings in winter.
The house is fitted with smoke alarms.
The exterieur has wooden decking, barbecue and garden furniture and is fenced for animals.
The pool is shared with us the owners, who are discrete, as we live on the premises. It is heated from Easter to the end of September, it measures 10m x 4m, has 3 steps at the shallow end and has a depth of 1.50m.
