Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war so wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung könnte teilweise mal wieder erneuert werden aber es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten und Pool war sehr schön und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt.

A very pleasant stay

We were greeted by Flaminia and Danielle, who were standing in for Marco. They are delightful people and were very helpful when we arrived early. They gave us lots of information about where to go and how to get there during our 2 weeks there. The villa is clean and comfortable with everything you need for a self catering holiday and the gated garden is immaculate. Daniele collected our recycling for disposal and cleaned the pool as necessary. The pool would be difficult to use if you are infirm as there is only the one set of steps at the decking end. There are several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés in the local town Floridia. The location is great for Syracuse, Ortigia and Noto (the latter 2 places are must sees). We even made the trek to The Valley of the Temples one day. (Worth seeing) Our only difficulty was the limited WiFi. The contracted 30GB must have been almost completely used by the previous guests so when it ran out we needed to buy some more data ourselves to use in the modem or rely on mobile data. It’s a palaver in the shop but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I’m still marvelling at the electric storms that thundered away directly over head on several evenings.

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Kommunikation war super. Das Objekt war einfach nur genial. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich würde immer wieder das Objekt anmieten..

Fabuleux

Cette Maison est tout simplement fabuleuse si vous voulez passé des vacances reposante au calme et en famille La piscine est super ainsi que tout les à côtés Baby foot jardin barbecue .. La proximité des villes et des plages a visité est excellente car vous êtes a 20 35 mntes de tout ce qu'on peut découvrir dans la région Un grand merci a flaminia qui est une personne d'une gentillesse rare et d'une amabilité extraordinaire elle nous a conseillé sur tout nous a offert son aide pour des adresses de restaurants de plages de villes ainsi que pour faire des réservations Flaminia est toujours soucieuse du bien être de ces locataires Si vous voulez allez a Syracuse venez ici sans hésité tout est parfait 😉 Encore merci flaminia et Daniel et à un de ces jours Giuliana Cindy et Mickaël 😉😁

Tranquille et bien localisé

Notre hôte, Flamy, nous a vraiment très bien accueilli. Elle est resté disponible par whatsapp pendant tout le séjour, nous délivrant de bons conseils. La maison est proche de la ville de Floridia. L'endroit est tranquille et on apprécie la piscine entourée d'oliviers. La maison est bien équipé et la climatisation fonctionne bien. Le jardin permet de garer la voiture et un portail ferme la propriété. Il faut absolument une voiture mais la location est bien située. Vous êtes à 17Kms de Syracuse, 20 Km de belles plages, à 1h de Catane, et enfin à 1h30 de l'ETNA (à faire). Si vous voulez découvrir cette partie de la Sicile, vous pouvez louer cette maison, vous ne serez pas décus.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft für den Osten von Sizilien

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern oder für bis zu vier guten Freunden. Der Pool, die Liegen, der Rasen und die überdachte Terrasse bieten für jede Tageszeit den richtigen Platz. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist ausreichend, auch wenn hier und da nicht mehr im neusten Zustand. Mit Flaminia und Daniele hatten wir eine sehr schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hatten immer gute Tipps. Das Hauses selbst liegt etwas abgeschieden mit wenig bemerkbaren Nachbarn. Die direkte Umgebung ist nicht die hübscheste, allerdings auf dem Grundstück bekommt man davon wenig mit. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um zum Einkaufen oder zum Essen in den nächsten Ort zu fahren. (10-15min) Zu sehr schönen Stränden gelangt man in ca. 20-25min mit dem Auto. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen.

Belle villa , très bien situé pour visiter la côte est de la Sicile

Accueil .. on ne peut pas faire mieux ! Vous êtes des personnes adorables et on s'est senti tout de suite à l'aise avec vous . Merci à Flaminia pour ton français et ton sourire . La maison est bien équipée et le jardin est très vaste avec la piscine , baby foot et autres , bien isolé de ses beaux oliviers . Si on aurait une remarque à faire c'est qu'il manque juste une lumière près du barbecue parce que fin août la nuit arrive vite . Tout est très bien entretenu et on se sent bien en vacances chez vous . On a passé une très bonne semaine chez vous mais un peu courte .. si on revient en Sicile on saura où retourner . Merci encore à vous deux pour votre gentillesse

Urlaub unterm Olivenbaum

Die Vermieter haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super und es gibt keine Nachbarn. WLAN ist vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft war schon ein Präsent bereit gestellt. Wir durften alles nutzen. Die Strände und die Stadt Syracus sind ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt. Kühl-Gefrierschrank , Gasherd, KlimaAnlagen in den beiden Schlafzimmern, Waschmaschiene, Außendusche, Außenwaschbecken, Grill , überdachte Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln, Tischkicker, Hollywoodschaukel, 2 Sonnenschirme, 2 Poolliegen ,1 Strandliege und 1 Strandstuhl. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden incl. Expressotassen. Große Kaffetassen könnten mehr sein😉. Floridia mit Pennymarkt ist ca. 10 min. Autofahrt entfernt.Das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen und von Olivenbäumen umrahmt. Das Auto kann auf den Hof gefahren werden und unter dem großen, schattenspendenden Olvienbaum geparkt werden. Insgesamt war es ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub. Der einheimische Wein schmeckt hervorragend und die Pizzeria "Airbag " in Floridia macht hervorragende Pizza. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, teilweise über Whatsapp und mit englisch , deutsch und einigen iltalienische Vokabeln konnten wir uns gut verständlich machen. Vielen Dank an Daniel und Flamina, sowie an Marco und Familie.😍

Fantastic house and fantastic hosts

We spend 11 days in July at the house. House and garden was really nice. Traditional decor, very clean, both in and out, peaceful surroundings and yet 10 minutes drive from the city. Pool was really good size especially for the kids as it is not too deep. Everything was just great. The hosts, Flaminia and Daniele were amazing. They had filled the cooler with drinks and arranged food for us as we came in very late. Also they are helpful with sights to see and restaurant recommendations. We were fully satisfied with our stay

Great location and lovely hosts

This was great place to stay and the perfect location to explore south east Sicily. Our hosts met us in Floridia (I wasn't sure about this arrangement but it was totally fine. We met in a supermarket car park and they were easy to get in touch with) The villa is lovely, great pool, very comfortable and plenty of space. Our hosts were very generous and even brought us Sicilian snacks to try! We went to Syracuse, Modica, Noto, the coast and lots of historic sites which were in easy reach. The villa has lots for kids to enjoy and we had a very happy time here.

Belle semaine de vacances en Sicile

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances superbe, d'abord parce que la maison est située dans un endroit calme et paisible, encadrée d'oliviers, parfaitement équipée, avec piscine et tout le confort pour bien se reposer. Cette maison est très bien située, dans une région magnifique, avec de très belles villes environnantes à découvrir. De plus, nos hôtes, Flaminia, Daniele, Marco, sont des personnes exceptionnelles qui nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité. Nous garderons de cette semaine en Sicile un souvenir exceptionnel.

Great place, nice location!

The house is great, all the amenities are just perfect (especially the air conditioning and the pool), it provides a lot of games and opportunities for spending the time, it is not very far from the beach (approx. 25 min from Lido di Noto - best beach ever!) and in Floridia (10 min ride from the house) you can find all you could need. Thank you Marco (and thank your brother and Flaminia as well) for your kindness!!! Marco, the owner ia always at your disposal for anything you need. We had a great time at Villa Artmeide and hope to return some day! ♡♡♡♡
