Casa La Malondra, en primera linea de mar, es una casa muy bien situada en Lanzarote. Es un bungalow de reciente reforma y muy bien equipada con enormes vistas al mar y a la playa . Aloja hasta 4 personas y cuenta con todo lujo de detalles. Su casa de playa en Matagorda.



La casa está en pleno paseo marítimo y tiene una planta. Entrada por el mismo paseo, amplia terraza con tumbonas, salón amplio con sat tv, cocina moderna muy bien equipada y zona de solana para guardar bicicletas. Cuenta con dormitorio principal con baño ensuite, segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales y baño en el pasillo con bañera. En el salon cuenta con un tercer dormitorio destinado para la relajación y la lectura con vistas al mar.



La Playa de Matagorda, situada en Puerto del Carmen, es una de las mejores zonas turisticas de Lanzarote. La playa entra en la casa por la cercanía y la Avenida de las Playas ofrece un gran nivel de restaurantes, supermercado a 50 metros, y además desde Matagorda puedes recorrer la costa este de Lanzarote hasta Arrecife caminando o en bicicleta, cerca del mar, y por un carril bici sin tráfico, disfrutando del paseo y parando para picar algo en una de las terrazas de Playa Honda.

Perfect stay as always...

Stayed in June at Casa La Malondra no complaints because as always its just perfect. Monica is great and very efficient Going bk to lanzarote in September but sadly not staying at Casa La Malondra as it was booked out but we'll be bk next year!!!

Perfect stay everytime

Casa La Malondra is absolutely fabulous. To sit and enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day listening to waves is only beautiful. The Casa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spotlessly clean. Near bars. Restaurants and shops. Staff are so efficient. Text with any queries and they are straight back to you. We have stayed in Casa La Malondra on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. We will be staying again. We had a wonderful time. I cannot think of anything that could be improved.

I like everything about Malondra that is why I'm on our 4 th return the view is amazing when you open the door it's so peaceful always feel well rested when we return everything is there if you don't want to dine out there is everything there at your hand always a lovely welcome and nice touches with milk juice chocolate biscuits nice touches just live it The only thing that would make a great asset in the kitchen is an air fryer it would be a great thing to have and quick and healthy meals could be made in no time at all

perfect place to relax!

We stayed at Casa Malondra the first three weeks of July, two adults and 1 child of just 12 years old. Everything as described and as shown in the photos. Location is really great. Close to everything and yet very quiet. No noise from aircraft. No problems with insects, not a single cockroach in the house or on the terrace. Bettina and Mónica easily accessible if there were a problem. Gardeners came to maintain the garden once a week and also cleaned the terrace. We had a very good holiday. Thank you very much xxx! Wifi in the casa okay, but sometimes short interruptions. Suggestion: TV could be replaced by a smart TV. Nothing to do about it, but the water in the sea was quite cold in July, too cold for my wife to swim, okay for my son and I, but the sea was a bit turbulent (Matagorda beach) and therefore less ideal for swimming long distances. We went to "Centro Deportivo Fariones" to swim in the swimming pool, but it was too crowded. We did not go into the sea for the casa, but for Lava beach hotel because there were fewer stones there and more space to play football, etc.
