Excellent villa - very spacious and the upside down layout helps keep it cool. Has all the facilities you need for a great stay. Nice bbq and pool area (note: the pool is deep - 1.5m at the shallowest end). Comfy beds, easy parking right outside, catches the sun for most of the day. The air con is a paid meter, but only cost a few quid a day and was quick to cool the rooms. Host very friendly and accommodating.

The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations. We have just stayed a week there and had a lovely time. The property is large, spacious and has been kept in a great condition. You can tell that it’s a well loved and looked after property and it was nice that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. The outside area including the pool is a nice place to be and the pool was larger than expected. Communication with Karen the local property manager was excellent and she was always on hand if we needed her. The location is about a 5-10 min walk to the sea front where there are lots of very good restaurants and bars.

We regularly rent villas in PDC. This is now my favourite, the location is great, the villa is clean & secure. The pool and surrounding area is kept in great condition & was often cleaned during our stay. Chris & Karen were a delight to meet & on hand to help with anything we needed. It was very hot when we stayed in August and having the air con was an added bonus, as we could actually sleep sound at night, unlike other villas we have stayed at.

Glad you all had a smashing time, even with your son having an accident and we both hope his arm is repairing well. Many thanks Kathy

Lovely week at Casa Fina which is a nice property in a quiet area of PDC, yet less than a 10 minute walk down to the strip and Playa Grande beach. It's a one mile, easy walk to the Old Town harbour area. We were greeted by Karen the property manager on arrival even though our flight had been delayed by almost 2 hours and it was very late evening when we arrived. There was a decent welcome pack of essential, basic food and drinks. The layout is a but unusual with the bedrooms downstairs but we soon got used to that. All three bedrooms were spacious. The main bathroom is modern and large. The kitchen very well equiped. There's a nice, large balcony which overlooks the magnificent swimming pool. Highly recommended!!
