Afrodite' s house is a vacation house with pool, playroom and breathtaking view

Afrodite’s House is one of the two rental stone houses on a plot of 2000 m2. It is a house of more than 200 m2 in three levels with a pool, a beautiful garden and a breathtaking sea view. The house is built in a traditional way in order to fit into the natural surroundings. It is located at the village of Megali Mantinia on the mountain, 15 km from Kalamata and 3 km from the beach Santova.
Megali Mantinia is a quiet place with many taverns in a walking distance.

Afrodite’s house has a fully equipped kitchen with all facilities (dish washer, fridge, oven) and a large dining room. There is a spacious living room with flat 49’’ TV, free satellite channels and wireless internet*. Afrodite’ s house has 5 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a table football, an air hockey and a trampoline ,the latter one is only for kids. There is air- condition in the living room and in two bedrooms. On the basement there are fαns.

In the garden there is a traditional wood fired oven, bbq and there is a covered parking. Around the pool there are sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun. All these facilities are shared with Magda's house.

If you want full privacy in the garden and the pool you could come with your friends and rent both Afrodite' s house and Magda' s house!

Afrodite's and Magda's houses have a party wall and their common terraces are seperated with special wooden seperators.

*Wi-Fi is fair enough for simple use (surfing on th Internet, social media), but not for business use or live streaming, because there is noTelephone Line in the region.
