This Provencal stone farmhouse dates from the 17th century. It was completely renovated in spring 2017, with natural and ecological materials.
In the countryside and quiet, surrounded by fields of Crau hay, it is ideally located 10 minutes from the center of Arles. Provencal cultural city, with a rich historical heritage, it is classified as World Heritage by Unesco.
This building is ideal for two families and / or friends. 170 m2 of this farmhouse can be used.
EXTERIOR: Garden with 9 x 4 meter salt swimming pool, terrace with tables, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. Private parking. No direct vis-à-vis the neighbors.
INTERIOR: on the ground floor: a large room of 75 m2 with an equipped kitchen (tables and high chairs, stove, oven, 2 fridges, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, many cupboards, crockery provided), coffee and decaffeinated as well as various organic teas are provided, a cupboard with essential organic food. A living room with two sofas, several bookcases and a dining room with a large glass table and chairs. A 1st floor (1st staircase) with 2 bedrooms of 21m2 each, both facing south, 1 bathroom - large glass-enclosed walk-in shower with views of the Crau hay fields & wc - and a 2nd separate wc. Another 1st floor (2nd separate staircase) with a very large bright bedroom with a double bed & two single beds, a desk, a library, its bathroom with shower and wc, all 35m2. Some farms and houses nearby. Shops, pharmacy, doctors, and supermarkets within 5 minutes. Producers and organic market 3 times a week (Monday evening in St Martin de Crau and Wednesday, Saturday morning in Arles).
Nature lovers and open to the world, we have chosen to live with the family in this Provencal stone farmhouse from the 17th century, in the middle of the Crau hay fields, on the edge of the Camargue. We enjoy traveling, literature, Art and Essay cinema, theater, music, outdoor sports, evenings with friends ... Patrick, Cécile, their two teenage girls speak English & Spanish and Cécile speaks Chinese (Mandarin). Our motto: Love yourself to love others.
You will be welcomed personally in order to make you discover the places and to give you all the necessary information. Leaflets on nice restaurants, walks around, bus schedules, outings in the area are available from us. During your stay, you can contact us on our mobile phones in case of problems.
The price includes cleaning at the end of the stay, pool maintenance, linen for all beds (sheets, duvet covers and duvets, pillowcases), towels and bath towels for 7 people, the use of the washing machine (with the ecological products provided), ecological products for everyday maintenance are also provided (washing up liquid, washing product for toilets, floors, windows), electricity, air conditioning if necessary. The barbecue is at your disposal outside with charcoal and matches provided.

Un petit paradis !!!
Non le mot n'est pas trop fort.
Ce mas est une très belle interprétation de la Provence, les diners sur la terrasse en ont toute l'ambiance.
Patrick et Cécile ont rénové cette bâtisse avec beaucoup de soin, de goût et d'originalité tout en le mettant en valeur.
Ils aiment l'endroit et le virus est communicatif, nous nous sommes sentis chez eux comme chez nous et toute la famille a su nous mettre dans cette disposition.
En ce qui concerne le logement, la cuisine est superbe et bien équipée, les chambres spacieuses et (presque) étanches aux moustiques.
La maison reste fraiche ce qui fut un vrai plus avec les températures de ce mois d’août.
Le jardin est très agréable et se prolonge par des pâturages.
Calme et sans vis-à-vis, on profite sans retenue de la piscine et du jardin.
Le village de Raphèle est à 5 mn en vélo et on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut. L’accueil des commerçants est très chaleureux à l’image du reste de la région.
Les possibilités ne manquent pas, entre Camargue et Alpilles, on est au milieu de tout et il y en a pour tous les goûts et pour tous les âges.
Nos deux semaines furent parfaites. Encore un grand merci pour l’accueil.
