The property is located between the tourist resorts of "Torre Suda" (marina of Racale) and "Capilungo" (marina of Alliste), in a residential area ideal for spending a holiday in peace. The sea is 30 meters (coast with low rock). At 350 meters there is the "Sunset café", a well-equipped bathhouse that in the evening turns into an elegant fashion venue with a soft-lounge atmosphere. Being on the "Litoranea SP 215", from here you can directly reach many of the most popular destinations of Salento. Towards Gallipoli meet: the center of "Torre Suda" (1.5 km) with its shops and its establishments; the "Marina di Mancaversa" (3 km), the sought-after sandy beaches "Lido Pizzo" (5.5 km), "Punta della Suina" (7 km) and the "Baia Verde" (9 km).
