- on the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a 32 "TV and a single sofa bed (with a second pull-out bed), a bathroom and a porch equipped for outdoor dining;
- on the mezzanine floor 2 bedrooms, the first with double bed and sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs, the second with 2 single beds.
It is also equipped with a washing machine, barbecue, air conditioning in each room, a comfortable outdoor shower and a private garden.
It has a private parking space.
It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The outdoor area is bordered by a fence so your 4-legged friends are allowed.

Tutto corrispondente alla descrizione. L'appartamento è in una posizione tranquilla, ben fornito e spazioso, considerato anche lo spazio esterno. Ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. Il proprietario molto disponibile e sempre sollecito nella comunicazione. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Une maison impeccable, confortable et climatisée ! Le jardin bien clos est superbe: barbecue, terrasse, douche extérieure. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et attentifs à nos demandes. Superbe séjour !

Casa spaziosa

Proprietario molto disponibile. La casa è ampia sia dentro che fuori con giardino privato. A 15 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia di sabbia. Unica pecca che ho trovato è stata l assenza di strafonacci o spugne per la cucina.nel complesso era poco rifornita di accessori. A mio avviso ci vorrebbe anche un po di manutenzione. La colonna della doccia rotta e arrugginita. Maniglia frigo rotta ,presenza di phon con beccuccio rotto .nel complesso per la cifra pagata ci sta però servirebbe un minimo di manutenzione in piu.

Appartamento molto carino, spazi adeguati per una famiglia con bambini, spazio esterno per animali recintato. Molto comoda la doccia esterna. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere Gallipoli e Torre San Giovanni. Affittuari molto gentili e disponibili.

Casa su 2 piani con tutte le comodità in oltre l'aria condizionata, nelle vicinanze mare stupendo con rocce e sabbia, padrone di casa gentilissimo consigliatissimo
