Beautiful villa with land and pool in a green quiet, panoramic view of the cape sicié. House of 4 bedrooms facing south with easy access, free parking at the foot of the villa plus 1 location and garage motorcycles. Easy location at the entrance of six ovens and 2km from the city center, next shops and public transport. Wide choice of beach to sanary six-fours and sablettes to 5 km (mitic beach).
The spacious house of 105 m2 is composed of 4 ch. , two on the ground floor with a bathroom and wc + 2 other rooms on the half floor with a bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor a living room and kitchen with a kitchen served by an entrance and toilet (3 in total). A technical room of 25m2 allows storage of all your leisure equipment.
The very luminous stay communicates directly on the outside space and makes it possible to benefit from a sight and a space done out of sight, the swimming pool of 5 out of 4 will allow you to refresh at your ease.
Near sncf and highway the west side of Toulon with the port of sanary les sablettes, embiez, bandol le castellet and 30 minutes from the creeks of cassis, this sector remains the least concreted and the most authentic of the Côte d'Azur.

Merveille du Var

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. La maison est trés agréable avec sa piscine, sa terrasse, son exposition et son organisation... De plus elle est trés bien située en étant à mi distance de Sanary-sur-mer et la Seyne-sur-mer permettant ainsi de facilement accéder à de nombreuses plages et lieu d'intérêt. Enfin nos hotes ont été adorables. Une de nos meilleures adresses.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, mais les photos sont un peu trompeuses. une clim serait bien, car la maison est exposée plein sud, et il fait très chaud la nuit Le mobilier est à amélioré, surtout le canapé. Quelques petits points à revoir que nous avons partagé avec les propriétaires ( plancha, éclairage extérieur et télévision) Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. l'accès à la maison n'est pas possible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite

Maison spacieuse au calme absolu avec super vue

Super séjour de deux semaines dans la maison de Lucette et Yves. Maison très bien équipée, au calme, terrasse avec plancha et piscine (hors sol mais assez grande). Vue superbe sur le cap Sicié. Commerces proches, et accès autoroutiers faciles. Lucette et Yves sont des hôtes charmants. A recommander ++

Agréable vacance

Super accueille, grande maison , terrasse superbe avec grande piscine au top ! Tout sur place : machine , four, senseo, etc... trés belle vu de la terrasse, plein d'endroit à visité au alentour trés beau paysage. Je recommande.
