In the heart of the castles of the Loire, 30 minutes from the zoo of Beauval, 2 hours from Paris, between Blois and Amboise, 5 minutes drive from the castle of Chaumont sur Loire and its famous international garden festival, private rent a house of character of 200 m² living space.
The house is located on a plot of 6000 m², partially wooded. It can accommodate 8 people.

On the ground floor:
A lounge dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, an adjoining bathroom, a separate toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils).

In a pavilion annex, a room with fireplace for grilling over a wood fire (wood available on site).

Prices:
April, May, June, September, October 450 euros for 3 nights and 840 euros for 7 nights.
July and August 600 euros for 3 nights and 1120 euros for 7 nights.
20% discount on subsequent consecutive weeks.
Deposit 400 euros (not cashed, returned at end of stay after inventory of places of exit).
Supplies of household linen, household and beds made for 90 euros.

Minimum stay of 3 nights, arrival after 3 pm departure before 12 pm
