Very easy check-in and lovely location! The condo is right on the beach. So many other condos claim to be "on the beach", this one actually is!Room was clean and plenty of towels. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We had everything we needed. Thanks again!

Hosts took care of issues immediately. It is a high traffic area. That condo has seen a lot of use and it shows. Nice location and easy walk to places. View is beautiful.

Outstanding view from a generously sized balcony. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Once we got settled we noticed there was a coffee maker but no pot (we are old school and prefer traditional coffee maker versus using pods). I let Missy know and a brand new coffee maker was delivered in no time! I can’t say enough about how well Missy and Greg take care of their units and guests.

Great location and very clean. The view from the balcony is wonderful, spotted dolphins several times. Tiki bar and beach chairs were a plus! Good communication with host and vrbo. Would stay here again.

Perfect piece of paradise. The best balcony views of a beautiful beach. White sand and multicolored, transparent water. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The condo was clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The pools (3 of them!) were great as well. It also seems to be close to everything in Destin.

We are “watch the ocean and drink coffee first thing people”. The balcony was perfect. Amenities at the resort were above average and our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Would book same unit again!

My husband and I have been traveling to Destin for over 15 years. This by far was one of the best trips we have ever taken. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the view was spectacular! Greg provided detailed information on how to access everything. Finally, I cannot say enough how impressed we were with Pelican Beach Resort. Check-in was easy, and there was ample parking for vehicles. We will return!

Condo was great, amazing view, comfy bed, pool and hot tub were great. Big TVs, great patio, close to restaurants. No beach towels, just used bath towels. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying in this condo at Pelican Beach resort. It was the perfect accommodation for my husband and I! There were two full bathrooms, so we could both shower after the beach. The condo was very clean! We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We even got to see pods of dolphins. It was great to have the vantage point of the 18th floor. Gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities, including the pool and hot tub! We were so glad we rented the chairs with the umbrella! We had a fantastic stay at this location. The host did a fabulous job with communication. We highly recommend this Vrbo!!

Winter Family Getaway

Views and location were great. Slower time of year in February,so a few things closed that we would have enjoyed but it was great to not have crowds. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The owners responded in a timely manner! We had everything we needed, except there were no blankets for the pull out bed, only sheets, but we made due with what we brought and were fine! Clean place and STUNNING view! We saw dolphins from our room everyday too! The pools were nice and heated, the hot tubs were nice too. We didn’t use the cafe but that looked nice also. The tiki hut was cool and drinks were very good! Of course the private beach access was nice and not too crowded. The owner even had a beach chair in the closet if you needed it!
