Located in the heart of the resort Tignes Val Claret 150m from the lifts, the apartment has a 42mÂČ surface and offers a sleeping capacity of 6 adults. It is located on the third floor of a modern building, secure and with a lift. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with a living room and a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It also has a balcony of 6m.
Nespresso coffee is available. The very functional kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob 4 ceramic lamps and microwave.
A pharmacy is available in the building, and the entrance to it directly on a shopping street with press, bakery, restaurants and supermarket. Free WIFI is available in the house thanks to a code provided on arrival.

The apartment has been renovated in September 2011. The kitchen has been completely redone to make way for a modern fitted kitchen design and prosecutors has been changed. Furthermore two retractable and secure bunk beds were installed in the living room.
In the living room 2 pull couches were installed.
Double glazing in the chamber provides a total soundproofing regard to outside noise.

Amazing communication with Eve, the apartment manager. She was so helpful. Apartment was clean and had great amenities. The kitchen had a proper oven and hob which was amazing. The shower was great and always hot, nice to have a bath too. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens, not loads of storage for clothes but found that is normal with skiing accommodation and we managed. Location was absolutely perfect, right in the middle of town. Not ski-in, ski-out but a short walk to Tufs chair lift so not a problem. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

Excellent séjour à Val Claret

Appartement bien situé au dessus de la pharmacie, en face du Sherpa et de la boulangerie à 200/250 m des Tufs (5min). TrÚs propre et trÚs bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour au ski!En revanche, l'accÚs au parking est mal déneigé (on a dû chainer pour y accéder) et l'entrée, pas assez haute pour un coffre de toit sur Suv (on peut le remettre à l'intérieur en revanche, c'est assez haut). La responsable de la conciergerie, Eve, est toujours disponible et trÚs réactive, ce qui nous a grandement facilité le séjour. Merci à elle.

Nous avons passĂ©s une semaine dans cet appartement trĂšs bien placĂ©, en plein centre-ville de Val Claret tout en Ă©tant au calme.Les photos sont conformes Ă  l'annonce, la literie est bonne, la pression de la douche est suffisante, la vue sur les montagnes du balcon et de la fenĂȘtre de la chambre est juste magnifique.Il y a des casiers Ă  ski fermĂ©s Ă  clĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e de l'immeuble et l'entrĂ©e de l'immeuble est accessible par un badge.L'appartement se trouve au 3Ăšme Ă©tage avec ascenseur.La communication avec la propriĂ©taire et la personne qui nous accueille est parfaite.Petit bĂ©mol pour le prix des frais de mĂ©nage que je trouve exorbitants et obligatoires sur ce site !Mais les prix en gĂ©nĂ©ral dans la station sont trĂšs Ă©levĂ©s....Tous les commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ© : une Ă©picerie Sherpa juste en face, une pharmacie, une boulangerie avec un excellent pain et des gĂąteaux dĂ©licieux faits maison, un magasin de souvenirs, des restaurants/bars.Il y a des navettes gratuites pour se dĂ©placer au sein de la station complĂšte.La ville de Bourg Saint-Maurice se trouve Ă  environ 30 minutes de voiture et la station de Val d'IsĂšre Ă  environ 10 minutes de voiture.Nous y retournerons sans hĂ©siter.
