Beautiful 2 bedroom Apartment overlooking the Historic Royal Mile
This impressive second floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a lovely apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols.
The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.
The master bedroom with super king-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has one double and one single bed and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.
A main bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.
An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a super king-size bed in bedroom 1 and two beds (double and single) in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location for exploring Edinburgh.
Lots of steps up to the apartment and no lift, so possibly not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Great location, spacious apartment
Great apartment in great location. Always on my list to check if it is available when i travel to Edinburgh and always pleased when manage to get it. The spacious lounge a boost when travelling with two children.

The apartment is close to all of the tourist attractions and within easy reach of Princess Street. The apartment is comfortable and warm. There is an excellent shower, comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. This is our second visit and it is as nice as we remember it. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Edinburgh. A real gem, we will definitely be back!

Located on the Royal Mile, this well-appointed apartment has all the comforts that you need. Centrally located, it is within walking distance to attractions, as well as very close to the bus stop. Nicely updated with modern fixtures, it still retains its historic charm. Shahid Raza was extremely kind, able to assist us with any questions that we had.
I would definitely stay there again, as it was an absolute delight. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Ideal location in the centre of the Royal Mile. The apartment is beautifully furnished; lots of space, comfortable settees and beds, and quiet bedrooms. Plenty of cooking equipment if you feel the need to cook. Lovely to walk straight out of the apartment into the centre of town. Street entertainers can be watched from the window.
We (including 2 x teenagers) loved Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, Camera Obscura, Calton Hill, Arthur's Seat and the Royal Yacht Britannia. Easy to walk everywhere apart from the Yacht which is an easy taxi/bus ride away. If you go to the Castle you will benefit from buying a guidebook / headset / going on one of the guided tours provided by the Castle. Holyrood and Britannia both provide free headset tours which are very good.
Transport from the airport - the No 100 bus (get off at Waverley Station) is cheap and marginally closer to the apartment than the tram stop. 5 min walk up a hill, or taxi from the airport cost £20.
Restaurants - Burgers and Beers Grillhouse is situated in the ground floor of the apartment block. Had a fabulous meal (as long as you just want a burger and a drink). The Filling Station is directly across the street; great seating areas, but the meals weren't particularly good for any of us. Gordon's Trattoria is a small restaurant next to this; ambiance was basic, but the food was very good.
Fabulous place to stay. Would definitely come back.

Close to the world famous Edinburgh Castle (2 min walk), 5-10 mins to Waverly Railway station and bus station. This property is in the middle of the Royal Mile and within walking distance of Holyrood House (Queen's official Scottish Residence) and The Scottish Parliament.
