This impressive second floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a gorgeous apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.

The master bedroom with super king-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has one double and one single bed and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.

A main bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.

An absolutely stunning property in an absolutely stunning location. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a super king-size bed in bedroom 1 and two beds (double and single) in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops.

Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients.

We stayed at this apartment over New Years Eve and what a week !!

We loved staying in this lovely apartment and the views were amazing.

Can't wait to come back soon. Highly recommended but be prepared for the stairs.

Loation, location, location

Great location which could not have been better. Apartment was close to everything that we wanted for our stay in Edinburgh and especially close to the wedding we attended at the Signet Library. Apartment was spacious, very clean and true to the photos on the website. It was fabulous to be able to look out on all the activity happening below on the Royal Mile. As visitors from Australia we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. Great to have a washing machine and dryer to be able to use and the little extras such as a few small grocery items, washing powder which we replaced were an added bonus. Lots of stairs but we treated them as a much needed workout! Thanks Shahid for a great stay.

Amazing apartment, best possible location

The apartment is spacious, sparkling clean and lovely. Very comfortable. Stay here, the steps are carpeted, even Americans can make the climb. Wonderful.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean, fresh, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for family members attending my wedding in the old town. They greatly enjoyed watching the street buskers and wandering around exploring the Royal Mile area of Edinburgh. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely book again!

Great location!

This apartment is right in the middle of the Royal Mile, perfectly located to see and do whatever you want in Edinburgh. Lots of restaurants nearby. A coffee shop downstairs around the corner and a Starbucks two blocks away. The train station is 10-15 minute walk, as is New Town. There is one king bed and one double bed. It was quiet, even though the windows open onto the Royal Mile. You could watch the street performers from the living room windows! One bathroom which has been updated and is modern. A wonderful living room and a complete kitchen, with refrigerator, stove and clothes washer/dryer. You could definitely cook there if you were so inclined. The only downside and the reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is located 3 floors up (69 stairs to be exact) and is not suitable if you have any mobility issues. There is no lift/elevator. We enjoyed it. The owner was very fast in refunding us our cleaning deposit.

Loved, loved, loved!

Great location! Comfortable apartment. Have to be physically able to climb a lot of stairs! Picking up keys was a breeze even though we arrived after 10pm. Walking down the small alley was a little daunting, but no problems. Fast return on deposit, which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
