The apartment has a living room with kitchen (gas cooker, electric oven and fridge), sofa bed and TV, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe (on request it is possible to add an extra single bed) . The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and is delivered complete with towels and sheets. Free Wifi Internet is available.
Casale Orioles is a newly built structure. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchen (stove, oven, fridge and kitchen utensils), bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed and wardrobe (on request you can add an additional single bed or cot for children). The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, free WiFi Internet and is delivered complete with sheets, towels and a hairdryer as well as a small kit for personal hygiene.

The exterior consists of a large furnished veranda and a large green space available to guests, with barbecue for outdoor barbecues, a corner with washing machine and drying rack and a large car park.

Casale Orioles is located downstream of the village of Torretta, 15km from Palermo, immersed in the tranquility of the typical Sicilian countryside. The property is located in an ideal position for connections as it is 4km from the junction of the highway that connects to Punta Raisi airport (16km), 4km from the shopping center Poseidon of Carini and just 5 km from the beautiful beach of Capaci.

This was our second visit to Orioles so I think this says it all! The apartment is as described and we love the location. It is quiet and peaceful yet very close to the highway, the seaside, the city of Palermo, shopping and more. We have become familiar with the area and enjoy being here very much! Visiting off season this time, we had issues with the outdoor and veranda lighting being turned off. Usually on a timer, it was very dark returning from dinner on our first night. It was remedied the second day except that the automatic lighting was set for summer hours, not fall so it was dark when we returned home again; the lights simply came on later. By the third day, the timer was appropriately adjusted to the earlier nightfall. Also, the internal hall light didn't work making it challenging to unlock the apartment door in the dark. And finally, the automatic lighting was turned off on our last full day rather than the day of our departure, leaving us in the dark to load the car at 4:30am to catch an early morning flight. Giuseppe was always very responsive to us, and perhaps there are few guests out of season but the lighting, and lack of, was frustrating at times. Despite the lighting issues we experienced, we were familiar with the accommodation and the area so we enjoyed our brief one-week visit.

gîte splendide très bien situé

L'appartement est très agréable et le cadre très reposant. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute de toutes les demandes et réagit vite. A condition d'avoir une voiture, le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter de nombreux sites de la région, aller à la plage ou à Palerme (bien que dans ce cas, le train est plus indiqué depuis la gare de Carini. Bref, nous conseillons vraiment cet endroit... pas loin de l'aéroport de Palerme

Quiet bucolic country setting conveniently located

Giuseppe, our host, was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us a lot of information, recommendations of places to see, travel advice and delicious local restaurants. The kitchen is simply equipped but has all the basics. A European full-size refrigerator is a plus. The kitchen/living area and bedroom were fairly large and comfortable. The large screened windows allowed a lot of light and night breezes. The location is convenient: 4 kilometers gets you to local small shops as well as a substantial mall which includes a large supermarket. Adjacent to the mall is the autostrada - you can be in Palermo in 30 minutes or Trapani in less than an hour. So there’s lots to do within day trip driving distance. Several beautiful beaches are within 20 minutes. There are also a number of good restaurants nearby, and Giuseppe gave us several maps and highlighted some excellent choices. Sitting out on the stone veranda was peaceful, and the olive and lemon trees, as well as enormous prickly pear cactus trees are simply beautiful. The backdrop of several mountains is just breathtaking, and having a glass of wine while the sun sets and the moon rises is a memory I will always treasure!

Great Villa in a lovely spot

If you want great views and quiet countryside this is the place for you. A very nice host, a nice villa with a good kitchen area and nice comfortable bed. The seating area was nice too to spend your evening. Would highly recommend this.

Perfect location.

3 apartment in one detached bungalow villa. Ample veranda space and outside areas. Barbecue. Interior nicely decorated, looks as if it's been done recently. Air conditioning. Kitchen basic, water very hot. Our apartment was very dark due to small windows. The location was excellent for Palermo by bus or motorway, and the whole coastline. Giuseppe was very helpful and responds immediately to all communications. Mosquitoes around the villa so you will need to spray frequently.

Eine sehr gepflegte und ruhge Anlage auf einem Naturgrundstück

Ein idealer Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu erkunden und anschließend die Ruhe des Olivengartens zu genießen. Das Appartment war mit allem was wir brauchten gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Giuseppe hat einen tollen Service geboten, war sehr hilfsbereit und gab viele gute Tipps. Es lag sogar eine Sizilienkarte und ein (für uns deutscher) Reiseführer bereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt und die Abende auf der Veranda genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank. Ursula und Hartmut

Verzorgd en mooi gelegen verblijf

Deze vakantiewoning was zeer mooi verzorgd! Het huisje heeft een mooie ligging en je bent niet ver van de autosnelweg verwijderd. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en ontzettend behulpzaam! Hij bood bij aankomst heel wat informatie aan en dat in vloeiend Engels. De keukenuitrusting mocht wat uitgebreider zijn (vb: aantal drinkglazen, kookpotten...) Ons zoontje sliep op de slaapbank in de keuken, wat op zich geen probleem is. Maar er is geen verduistering aanwezig waardoor het 's morgens al heel vroeg licht is op de kamer. Een zwembad zou van deze vakantiewoning een perfect verblijf maken. We hebben genoten van een week in dit vakantiehuis. Het terras is zalig om te vertoeven...

AMAZING!

This place is amazing. It was everything that was promised in the description. The owner is so nice and the location is perfect. Its between Palermo and Trapani. Seriously, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Anwesen mitten im Olivenhain

Mein Aufenthalt in der Casa Vacanza hat mir außerordentlich gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig in einem Olivenhain und hat eine große und einladende Terrasse. So kann man sowohl auf dieser im Schatten essen oder ruhen, als auch zwischen die Bäume und in der Sonne eine Liege aufstellen. Das nette und saubere Apartment ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was zum Kochen etc. benötigt wird. Guiseppe ist ein sehr liebenswürdiger Gastwirt, der einem immer gerne mit Tipps zur Seite steht. Vor allem nach einem Aufenthalt im interessanten Palermo ist es schön, in diese ruhige Oase zurückzukommen. Auch viele weitere lohnenswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung, sei es Monreale, Cefalù, Segesta oder Erice, können von dort aus gut besucht werden. Ich kann die Casa nur sehr empfehlen.

Fantastische locatie in landelijke omgeving en toch dichtbij uitvalswegen en bezienswaardigheden.

De woning is compleet, schoon en netjes verzorgd. De buitenruimte ziet er echt uit zoals op de foto's. De eigenaar Giuseppe doet erg zijn best om je als gast welkom te voelen. Hoewel we een tweeslaapkamer appartement hadden gereserveerd bleek er bij aankomst maar een slaapkamer te zijn. Giuseppe stelde echter meteen alles in het werk om de slaapbank in orde te maken zodat we toch over twee aparte ruimtes konden beschikken. Prima opgelost. Verder een aantal extra's, zoals een wasmachine (zelfs het wasmiddel was aanwezig) als ook shampoos, zeepjes etc. Met zorg voorbereid. Een absolute aanrader en zeker de moeite waard om nog eens terug te komen. Het zou helemaal perfect zijn als er een zwembad aanwezig was, maar ook zonder dat hadden we een bijzonder aangenaam verblijf.

Perfekte Lage und Lokation für West-Sizilien

Eine traumhafte Ferienwohnung nahe Palermo und den Stränden im Westen von Sizilien. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Giuseppe der immer den richtigen Tipp für uns hatte: Monreale, Palermo, Selinunte, Erice, Castellmare de Golfo, Segesta, Cefalu etc... Der Olivengarten mit Mandelbäumen lädt ein zum relaxen und Wein und Essen zu genießen. Der Tipp, das leckere Brot aus Torretta mit dem selbst erzeugtem Olivenöl zu genießen, war phänomenal. Giuseppe ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, wir kommen wieder, sehr empfehlenswert!! Kerstin und Thomas aus Berlin

Fantastic, comfortable, quite retreat near Palermo

We had a lovely stay here. It was quiet and had beautiful surroundings. Very conveniently located to Carini, Toretta, Cinsi and Palermo. The apartment was appointed very well and comfortable. Giuseppe and his family were wonderful hosts, and were immediately available when we had questions. Check out Bar La Foresta for wonderful sweets and great coffee. Also we had a fantastic dinner at the restaurant called Joshua. The owners at both establishments spoke perfect English.

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren 14-tägigen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Besonders das Frühstück und die Abende auf der wunderschönen und großzügigen Terrasse. Die Lage des Anwesens ist zur Erkundung des westlichen Inselteils sehr gut gelegen. Auch verschiedene wunderschöne Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet zwar Schlafgelegenheiten für max. 4 Personen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist sie ideal für zwei Erwachsene (mit kleinerem Kind). Vor allem wollen wir uns beim Vermieter nochmals recht herzlich bedanken, der immer ansprechbar und extrem hilfsbereit war. Angefangen von Informationen rund um den Urlaubsort (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Ausflüge etc.) über Ausleihe von Kabeln, die man vergessen hat, bis hin zur prompten Hilfe bei unseren Missgeschicken. Massima soddisfazione!

Tutto come descritto. La casa è praticamente nuova, completa di tutto. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. La zona è tranquilla e permette un pieno riposo, vicinissima a tutte le località di interesse. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, sia per l'abitazione che per la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Giuseppe. Da raccomandare a pieni voti! Sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento se torneremo a Palermo! Claudio, Giovanna, Christian e Serena. By.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cette maison. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité et tout est à disposition. Agréable séjour au calme de la ville, à proximité de la plage et de Palerme. La terrasse est grande et géniale avec en prime une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le propriétaire est très gentil et avenant. Nous recommandons cette maison aussi bien pour les couples et familles.
