About this property

This large spacious 6 bedroom villa is located in the sought after resort of Moraira and provides fantastic holiday accommodation for groups of up to 12 people.

It is arranged on two levels with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen and spacious living areas on each floor with all modern amenities. Every bedroom is equipped with either air conditioning or large fans.

The sun terrace has great views over the IFACH golf course to the nearby mountains and also looks out over a big kidney shaped 12 x 6 metre pool. The property is ringed by a large private garden which includes a summer kitchen and barbecue area and adjoins a green zone which means that you can spend your holiday and entertain your guests in secluded privacy.

There is a gym area with an exercise bike and weights machine for people who like to stay in shape whilst on holiday. The adjacent IFACH golf course also includes restaurants and three tennis courts which can be booked by the hour.

There is ample parking behind electronic gates and many bars and restaurants within walking distance which cater for all tastes. The three local beaches are within 10 minutes of the property and a large supermarket is also within walking distance.

It is a perfect place for larger families or groups to spend an ideal vacation which combines large communal areas for parties and dining with secluded "hideaways" if you wish to escape from the crowd for a quieter moment.

Family holiday

Lovely place but transport very poor , getting supplies from supermarket was awful having to carry lots of shopping as there was 11 of us 5 children so carrying supplies up the hill was awful definitely need a car but we were told taxis would be readily available

Lovely family break

Love spacious villa that worked well for us as we had four generations of one family so the fact it was two self contained units was great. The property is spacious. Shops bars and restaurants just a 10 minute walk (steep hill on return) We had a few issues during our stay but they were quickly rectified by Mark. The property is a little tired in places and in need of minor repairs but this didn't affect our stay. It could really benefit from AC throughout as it could be uncomfortable at night but thlis was clearly notes on the website. Overall a lovely stay

Our stay in August 2022

The villa owner Mark was exceptional. Should you have any queries or questions he came back within minutes via text or phone and was passionate about us having a lovely holiday experience. The villa is located in a great spot in Moraira close to shops and a few bars and is very private and not overlooked. The villa does need a few repairs here and there (as they do) but that certainly didn’t stop our enjoyment. It was great value for money and we would certainly come back again. Thanks Mark…you were great!!

Family Birthday Break

We were a family of mixed ages down to a 3 year old. All of our contact with the owner was excellent with quick responses. The villa is in a very quiet area near a golf club but you wouldn't know there was a golf club at all as the views are of the mountains and country scenery. There is a supermarket only 10 minutes walk away but we would say that a car is required so you can explore the local area, which is fantastic. The villa itself was beautiful with plenty of space to sit quietly if you needed to. We loved the barbecue area in the evening as it was cooler down there to eat. The pool was excellent and plenty of room for 9 of us. Lots of fun was had with some brilliant GoPro shots in the pool. The bedrooms were really good sizes, with comfortable beds and the downstairs kitchen was very useful, with the additional fridge, to store enough food and drink for us all. There is a good mixture of baths and showers, which made it easier with small children. The kitchen upstairs was well stocked with utensils, etc and there was ample crockery, including lots of plastic glasses for use outside. Overall, I would say this is a lovely villa and area to visit and, if we could have stayed longer, we would have been very happy.

I run a company organizing events in the international water sector. I spend my time travelling a lot but spend a lot of the time in both Spain and the UK. I have 3 adult children of my own and my partner has two (that's her in the photo). We have two dogs both work full time.

Why they chose this property

Before purchasing the property we used to visit the area frequently for holidays. We were attracted by the outstandingly beautiful area in which Moraira is located which made it a natural choice when we were looking for a family home in Spain.

There is something to entertain everyone in the surrounding whether you love beaches, theme parks, great restaurants, night clubs, tennis , golf or water sports. You will find everything within a realtively short distance of the Villa.

What makes this property unique

The villa is located in a quiet residential area which backs onto a green zone which means that you will enjoy a high degree of privacy.

The views from the terrace look out across a valley to the stunning Bernia mountains and in the other direction towards the sea and the Ifach rock at Calpe. The Ifach golf course and tennis courts are within a short walk as are many local amenities, bars, restaurants and beaches.

The property is arranged on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms on each. It is a perfect arrangement if you have older children in the group who want to make full use of the local night life . Separate entrances for each floor means they can return in the early hours of the morning without disturbing any members of the party who enjoy their sleep.

The large pool and garden means that you will be able to enjoy fun together and also find a secluded spot to sit and relax if you are looking for some quiet amounts away from the group.
