Pretty family house in Quimiac (South Brittany)

Our house is located next to the beach and salt marshes, in the center of Quimiac. At 200 meters from the market place and 500 meters from the beach Lanséria, everything is feasible on foot or by bike. You will appreciate our old family house for its calm, its closed and sported garden and the peaceful atmosphere of the village in which it is located. It is ideal for a family holiday.

You will have access to the whole house and garden.
On the ground floor: a large living / dining room with fireplace, a separate kitchen overlooking the garden, an entrance, a room for 2 people with bathroom.
On the first floor: a double room, a "children" room with 6 single beds and a bathroom with WC and washbasin.
In a small adjoining house: a bathroom.

Equipment: oven, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, television, DVD player, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, ping-pong table, games beach.
Pillows, blankets and duvets are provided.

Market 200 meters twice a week (Tuesday & Friday).

Nearby: shops, sailing, fishing, tennis, horse riding, hiking trails, trails and major cycling routes.

We are 10 kilometers from the medieval city of Guérande, 15 kilometers from La Baule and 80 kilometers from Nantes.
Also nearby: Salt marshes, Brière Regional Nature Park, Small town of character of Piriac, La Turballe fishing port.
